I had a good experience overall, and both my server and the girl working the retail counter were very nice and friendly. However, I took a star off because as I was leaving the restaurant I noticed a printed sign on the door that stated, “Pets not allowed, service animals welcome. You will be asked to show papers!” Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are not allowed to require documentation, certification, or “papers” for service animals.
Service animals are medical equipment and just like a mobility aid doesn't come with documentation nether do they. If it is not obvious what task the animal performs, staff may only ask two questions: whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Requiring or implying that proof or papers are necessary is not compliant with ADA regulations and breaks the law. I hope this signage can be corrected moving forward.

Of three meals two were fine. The third was double cut prime rib. The meal was ordered medium rare. When the first meat came out it was blackened. They took it back. The next piece came out it was cooked medium to medium well. It was also so tough it could not be eaten. When the waitress came back she said the manager told her he was sorry. She left the check. Upon looking at the check it was for the full price of all three meals. When she came back we let her know. She went and talked to the manager again. When she came back she said he would charge full price for each of the sides. This means the 30.00 meal still cost 21.00. so double prime rib is only 9.00. then on check out at the register we were charged 3.10 for using a credit card. This will be my last trip to the restaurant. Let me be very clear. The waitress was awesome. In no way can she be faulted in the poor food and managerial service.

I had the Breakfast Sandwich, which is two pancakes with a cooked egg, hash browns, bacon in the middle. It was good, though to make it easier to eat I should have pulled the bacon out.
Food was okay, short haired waitress was rude. Reminded me why I rarely go there.

We got the chicken fried steak dinner, I’m not really sure what exactly that was because it was couldnt have been meat… it was more like some spread like substance, fried.. the brown gravy was more like an Aujui and had no flavor. Vegetable soup was different, but good. The scones were not light, more like a heavy bread and over cooked.
