I lived in Manhattan 5 years and one of the top-rated pizzas at the time was the Montanara at Don Antonio by Starita. Turns out … chef here trained there. Great to get pizza with the skill of a New Yorker out here in Utah.

Thought I’d finally give a new place a try…won’t ever do it again…waitress had no personality was rude..poor attitude. Forgot half the food…they think this place is Beverly Hills I guess…way over priced and could have eaten a better TV dinner. Bout broke my tooth on a pumpkin seed in my lasagna 🤷🏻♂️ you got to be kidding me…I was so mad I had to leave. Highly highly recommend avoiding this place like no other. Disaster. 🤦♂️

Amazing pizza! Days after eating great pizza in NYC, we walk into Antica Forma and we’re blown away! The tomato sauce, the mozzarella, the garlic bread, all the pizza, and even the dessert we had, were all incredible!

This is the nicest restaurant in Vernal, and the wait times reflect that. Reservations are a must and I was grateful for my takeout order when I saw how hectic the vibe was inside.
I can see why the place is popping tho, my pizza was great and enough for 2 meals with a half side Cesar salad. Definitely the best pizza in the Uintah basin 😉 The cheese was my favorite part, and the crust was perfect. It re heated in a pan in my air bnb extra well, which was appreciated
