This place is not your regular cheap pizza joint, it's REAL pizza. They have other offerings, but pizza is king here. Their ingredients are fresh, and "homemade".... meaning made in house. Antica Forma is a hidden gem in the Uintah Basin. Don't come here looking for Lil sleazers.... come here looking for top shelf cuisine. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is calm. I live by the thought, all pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard enough... that's easy here. I highly recommend the pistachio pizza... yes, pistachio. It's unbelievable.Cheers and best wishes.

I’ve been in Antica Forma many times and it was always a great experience except for today. Google says it closes at 10, my boyfriend and I got there at 8:56 and when the server came, the first thing he told us was that the kitchen closes at 9:30. We ordered some bruschetta, which we had in a previous visit, but the server brought burned toast with tomatoes, no cheese or anything that came with it in our previous visit a couple of months ago at all. Our foods were mediocre and even the lasagna didn’t look like a lasagna at all. While we were eating they were cleaning the floors and putting the empty tables away and we had to eat smelling the cleaning products. It was quite disappointing in so many ways!

Fantastic food, great service! It was a busy Friday night and the serving staff never stopped running. They did a great job keeping up with the crowd and the cooks got the food out fast and hot. Our salad, pasta and pizza were wonderful and the crème brûlée did not disappoint ???
