The Good: Store was clean and the staff was friendly.
The Bad: After a long wait I was given the wrong order. I had already driven away before I realized it and I wasn't willing to go back and get the right food, and I really didn't want to have to wait another 20 minutes to get it.
At least the sandwich I got was good, and the price would have been about the same either way.

I miss the thinly sliced beef. It’s too thick now. And all of the sandwiches we bought were smothered in sauce and not assembled very well. The person who took my order was very nice though.

Horrible customer service and the food was below average compared to other locations.
Asked for the Rubin without thousands island or whatever the sauce is, even after the cashier read it back to me they STILL put it on. Second Time this has happened. They suck apparently and don't read orders. They also didn't have cherry turnovers and it's dinner rush.

Whenever I'm door dashing I get orders here, everytime I do it takes extremely long and is not worth the $4 or $5 dollars. Everytime I think to myself "hey maybe this Arby's order will be quicker than last time" Nope.
If you're a dasher, do not accept Arby's orders if you value your time, gas, and sanity
If you're not a dasher, don't order Arby's on door dash, unless you like waiting an hour to get your food

Sandwiches are getting smaller and prices are getting higher. Service was lacking this time. Curly fries were not fresh and they were so over cooked we threw most of them out. They looked like they had been cooked then dropped again. Not sure if or when we will return.
Service was not good, employees just standing around, could hear the cook back talking the front. Lobby was filthy, no clean tables. NOT the place it used to be
The food was undercooked. Fried still child in the middle not golden at all still very white. The sofa was rotten. I can't even imagine how that happens. Sandwiches were all wrong. The guy at the window was rude/new. I'm hoping new. The order was about $50 and most of it was bad. Horrible!!!

Never have had to get a refund and walk out of an Arby’s. Bad service and didn’t have the bacon to complete the order. Almost all the tables were dirty. No reason for it. They were dead on the inside and the girl who eventually gave us our refund, was outside having her butt rubbed on by some guy. Were sitting waiting for about 10 min before the issue about the bacon was addressed. Then we were asked if he could make the sandwich without bacon. Young lady in drive through was getting nothing but sarcasm from the boy making the sandwiches. Really terrible service

$27 for two number 5 meals. I'm the only one in drive thru and one person dining inside. After waiting 10mins told to pull forward. No one's behind me, waited another 5 minutes.
