I am a doordasher. Went to go pick up the order. They said it wasnt in the system. No big deal. The app asked me to ask the store to show them the order and have them make it anyway. The manager said he'll make it if he hears it from doordash. So I call and get someone on the line. Even after meeting all of their demands. The male manager thought I was going to steal it and refused to make it. Luckily the doordash support guy said he will pay me half of what the order promised and cancel the order. So from now on. I am declining every order for Arby's. Wasted my time and called me a thief. Yeah screw you to bud

Picked up food at the drive-up window. Was told to drive around to the other door while I was the only car in line. Something to do with some time limit that they had in place.

I had a terrible annoying interaction at our local Arby's! I won't be back. I believe her name was Angela she was cruel and disrespectful to one of her coworkers all because her coworker was super friendly! I hope that sweet girl can have a better day! Kind souls are rare nowadays, don't chase them away!! Our Arby's is so down in the crapper because of these kinds or people chasing away the kind souls! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!

If I could put no stars I would. I witnessed an employee being yelled at for doing their job and talking with the customer just for a few minutes. Last I checked you need to talk with your customers or your going to get little to no customers. The only good service I've gotten was from Star and Wilford.

I go Arby’s because meat call me in sleep. Whisper soft. Say, “We have the meats.” I wake up, grab keys, and drive like truck possessed by beef spirit.

I ask for Meat Mountain, secret menu item. Employee look scared but respectful, like I just requested national treasure. I say, “Yes. I want all meats. Stack like Soviet apartment block. Tall. Heavy. Mysterious.”

Sandwich come out so big I thought they bring me small dog. Inside: roast beef, turkey, ham, bacon, brisket, corned beef, chicken tenders, and steak. If one more animal added, I’d need building permit.

I take bite. Explosion. Sauce shoot out like geyser, drip down beard like holy oil anointing chosen warrior. Arby Sauce. Horsey Sauce. Mystery Sauce. I not care. I become Sauce Man now. Beard hold more flavor than drive-thru menu. Bald eagle fly overhead. I salute with curly fry.

Curly fries? Perfection. Curl so tight they bounce when dropped. Like snacky slinky.

I sip Diet Dr Pepper from cup size of gas can. I feel power. Chest hair grow mid-meal. Vision blurry from satisfaction. I weep softly into sandwich.

Man next to me say, “What’s that?” I say, “Meat Mountain. Ask for it. Change life.” He nod. We are brothers now.

Bathroom clean. Smell like lemon and broken resolutions.

Thank you Arby’s. You are not fast food. You are meat cathedral. I come hungry trucker. I leave flavor prophet.

Will return. Beard still sticky. Heart still full.

Had to try the new Cheese Steak and it was not disappointing. This Arby's has been pretty good for mo over the last couple years. Good food and good service!

I had a frustrating experience at this Arby’s. The drive-thru took about 20 minutes, and the person at the window was rude and snippy the entire time. She kept cutting us off while we were trying to give our order and had a bad attitude throughout. To top it off, after clearly seeing we were upset, she sarcastically said “Have a nice day,” which just made the experience worse. The customer service was really bad.

Went to get some roast beef and they were actually out of roast beef. Settled for a ham slider and a jamoca shake. The order was lost when we pulled up, and they asked us what we ordered, then handed me a cup of milk because the shake machine was broken. Mmmm.... no. Waiting, waiting, waiting for my slider. Oh boy!
