I really love Beachin drinks and cookies. The drinks are usually perfect and the cookies are fresh. Customer service varies from day to day. Most days everyone is super friendly, but I've encountered a few that weren't so friendly. Overall a great experience.

Should have had more of a customer focused change. The changes only seem to have negatively impacted my family's experiences here. As in they didn't make things any better. Menu is now awful to navigate on the app and minimal at the business. Kinda hit or miss on whether your order is made correctly or not. Removing options that brought a family of four in because of the continued waste of ingredients sounds like an ordering and management issue. MOM can no longer get her smoothie which means 3 other drinks that are still in your lineup do not get ordered. We choose to go without while driving by because you made a decision that was not in any way beneficial to your customers. That's too bad.

They used to have a mango blend that was great.. alas.. they removed it. Drinks are like any other of the soda shacks around but they used to have smoothies and blends that set them apart. Now they don't have smoothies and they don't have my mango blend I guess no reason to go. If they would have had a key lime blend to add I would totally get that but nope. Mango was a popular choice so not sure why they took it away.

Terrible curbside service. I waited 20 minutes for my order, even though the app said it was ready. No one ever brought it out, so I finally went to the windowâonly to be met with an attitude from the employee when I simply asked for my drinks. If youâre going to offer curbside pickup, at least have staff that actually brings orders out or treats customers with basic respect. Wonât be coming back
UPDATE: They reached out to apologize and explained that my check-in didnât go through properly. They refunded my order and added credit to my account, which I appreciate. I understand that mistakes happen, and Iâm glad they took the time to make it right. My only concern was how I was treated when I went to the windowâgood customer service can go a long way in situations like this.

I scheduled a pick up order but I didnât pay attention to the pick up time. I arrived super early. I couldnât check in for 15 minutes because of the scheduled pick up thing. I walked up to the window to see if I could âcheck inâ there. The girl was SO friendly and said she would get the drinks right out to me. I was only in my car for a couple of minutes before she brought them. They were all perfect and delicious, as always! The sweet girl was so fast, friendly, understanding and all of the good things! This is why I keep coming back. đĽ¤âď¸đŠˇ
