Just went again this morning. The sandwich on the menu said it comes with cheddar cheese, but you gave me swiss. I asked the cashier at the drive-through window to double-check that there was cheese because last time there wasn't any. Instead of her just saying, "Yes, okay, I can do that for you." She started arguing with me, saying,"The cheese melts." On the drive home, some of the coffee spilled out of the cup because it was overfilled. It wasn't hot at all. I asked specifically for a hot coffee. By the time I got home, I had to reheat the coffee.
What's the point of going here?

This morning I went to beans n brews located in vernal, Utah.
I got my best friend a pumpkin pie chai drink with cinnamon chilled. I bought the drink and a tumbler for her because she loves rose gold. Beans n brews were so nice, I explained I needed a drink that she would like and that I didn't know what to get, I explained what things she likes and they came up with that. She had a horrible few days with her partner. He had been cruel and abusive, and she was hurting. I wanted to cheer my friend up. The wonderful girls there even offered to wash the tumbler and put the drink in it, so we did that. Then they threw in some free donuts and wrote on the bag for her. I'll show you. It was really an amazing morning. I wanted to reach out and say thank you to your company and to the amazing employees who work for you. They really helped cheer up not only my friends day, but mine, too.
This is my wife's favorite place to purchase hot drinks and breakfast items. The staff are always friendly and provide exceptional service.

The Caramel Cielo was delicious and so was the avocado toast. I didn't try their non coffee menu, but they have plenty of drinks for non coffee drinkers too. ??
Not only are there prices out of this world, but the staff sucks too! I ordered a decaf coffee and there was definitely caffeine in there. I have terrible kidney problems and an extremely low tolerance to caffeine, because of said kidney issues. I only know it has caffeine because now my kidneys feel like they are going to explode, not only that but now I'm very sick from the caffeine. Please pay attention to what people are ordering otherwise you could get someone like me extremely sick. They also did not label the drinks I got, I had gotten 2, one with caffeine and one "without." The one with caffeine had way more caffeine in it so if I were to have drank that I could have gotten even more sick than I am now. I had to have my boyfriend test them for me just so we could Differentiate them, even he said they both tasted like they had caffeine. I do not drink coffee enough to know which one was which, I only know from the harsh taste of caffeine I try to regularly avoid. Please do better!!

Horrible expresso drinks made by a machine. Food was all pre-packaged grocery store left muffins, etc. The staff was overworked and just cranking out the drinks. Don't stop here.
