Stopped in since there was only one person in line at the drive-through. Ordered immediately, but waited about 15 minutes for my coffee and my sandwich and they gave me the wrong sandwich. They weren’t friendly. They weren’t happy.

The girl working the window today (12:45 pm on 9/13/25) with blonde hair was super rude and had to remake my drink 3 times because she kept getting it wrong and seemed annoyed with me over it.

Went through the drive-thru and the one gal taking the order was very unpleasant. She acted like I was an inconvenience when I pulled up this morning, 09/30/25. Seemed super annoyed although I ordered a basic iced chai latte w/a breakfast sandwich? I felt bad for her coworkers, the one with red hair that made my drink was very nice, and kind.

Only go in the morning. I ordered my drink before everyone in the store and I was the last to get my drink. I've been waiting 30 minutes for one caramel frappe. I had to go up and asks what's happening. Everyone who got here after has now left and im still waiting. I only have issues on the afternoon. The morning crew is awesome!!!

Fast and nice employees, saw 2 one blonde with glasses taller and one shorter brunette smoking marijuana right outside the door😐 weren’t even trying to hide it and put it in apron which they had on and then went in and made drinks 🤢
The food is just ok. Service wasn't the greatest and none of the employees seemed overly enthused to be there. Based on this experience, I think there are better breakfast/coffee options out there.
