They do not have water. You must purchase a soda or a water bottle. You can’t purchase a cup for water you have to purchase a cup for soda.
They said water is not included with your meal. Will not be coming back here.

Most of the time they serve very well, but most of the time I have gone during the day and it is an excellent service... But this time I went at night, there were only 2 girls who apparently tried not to bother each other although everyone else was I noticed a look of disgust on their faces which was uncomfortable at 10 at night, but instead they close at 12 pm.... What is the problem of the workers, the truth is that they are going to be with a face of disgust in front of them of the client, change jobs that is not customer service... please understand having it clean in advance does not mean that it is the client's fault and having to serve him with a hateful face... Fix your behaviors or at least try to improve or work in some other job that you like and only work 4 or 8 hours

Air condition out of service and therefore very hot inside the building. Outside extremely noisy. Staff unfriendly. Long waiting although the restaurant was empty.

Here's the thing. I don't eat the lunch or dinner here cause I feel the menu is too overpriced. Burger King franchises have gotten out of control. I get it, bidenflation did a number on all of our wallets but the increases are not acceptable or are on par with inflation percentages. Shrink the whopper size, increase the price, then make fries and a drink another $6. Just crazy. The breakfast is the saving grace. Great deals and great menu items. And morning staff are angels. They are so kind and always have a smile for me. They have never messed up an order and the food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes it burns my mouth... that's how fresh it is! And it tastes great. I give a huge thumbs up for BK breakfast! Additionally, watch out on the south side of the parking lot. There is a big Ole pothole there, and if it's filled with water, it can jack up your tire. And also, if you have a big truck, swing wide in the drive thru, or you're gonna have a problem turning and hit the pole on the left or scrape up the undercarriage on the right curb side of the lane.
Parking: In the morning you drive around the delivery truck to get to the drive thru.
Ordered through DoorDash and did not receive all the order or any straws was very disappointing

Greg was the person on the window tonight. I ordered and waited for my food. He was very pleasant and nice. I got my food. Headed home and realized I was missing 1 item. I called ro make sure I ordered. Went back and got it. Everything was fixed and we were happy.Greg is a rock star!
