Messed up entire order cold old burgers (I know because I used to work there) cold fries burgers buns soggy with sauce all over the tops missed my drinks don’t answer the phone I matter how many times you call! Also I eat here weekly and this never happens whoever is on shift tonight kitchen cashier and manager all need retraining apparently! Spend $50 ate non of it!

Someone’s not feeling the holiday cheer. Normally it’s pretty good, today was rough 😬 burgers thrown together very sloppy, buns soggy and were made incorrectly. Sauces missing and a whole drink missing. (We had two drinks) 1+1 = 2 not 1. We did try to call the restaurant (3 times) every call was ignored but it was kinda funny when they answered one of the calls and put it on mute without a word and left it. Not sure what’s going on but whoever’s on shift tonight might need retrained in hospitality in general. ✌️ Happy Hoildays Burger King

This is hands down the best fast food place in Vernal. And the best Burger King I have found. It's always fresh, hot, and delicious. And their staff is ALWAYS friendly and kind. If they mess up, which is not very often, they quickly fix it with a smile and apology.

Don't go through the drive thru it is way to small!!!
I’m not sure what was so different tonight but normally you get asked for cheese on a whopper, I did not ask for cheese nor was I asked if I wanted it. I got cheese, for an average joe not a huge deal, but I’m breastfeeding and my newborn is allergic to dairy. I also don’t live close enough to “just go back”. So maybe just a heads up for next time, maybe don’t just add cheese to everything especially when it even costs extra to add said cheese. Thanks. Edit to also add, it was not on my receipt that I was supposed to get cheese so I wouldn’t know to open my burger wrapper.
