Double check your receipt, they advertised one price, charged another, when called out on it, they refused to honor the listed price. Bait and switch is not acceptable.

Haven’t been to coldstone since the owner change. Waited about an hour before getting up to the counter to even order and the line was only back to the freezer. A ton of people walked out because they were tired of waiting. We were used to it being a quick in and out service. The employees were not friendly either. No smiles, no greeting, they all looked miserable and even when we tipped there was no song or thank you. Out of the 4 employees only one was helping customers. The ice cream was okay but it was very frustrating. They kept stopping orders to do online orders as soon as they came through which made the wait longer. You would think for a Saturday on a holiday weekend they would be better prepared.

Same size. But two different employees made them. My husband got the one on the left, a young gentleman made it. Every time we come for ice cream that specific employee takes forever to make it and has the “I don’t wanna be here” attitude.
I got the one on the right. A young lady made it. I’m all for more ice cream but this is ridiculous! All employees should be serving the same. I feel bad for everyone who gets served by him. He’s part of the reason why the wait is 40 minutes long! 👎🏻👎🏻

Service at this location. In Vernal Utah is absolutely horrible. People waiting in line for 30min and then standing at the register for another 5 min wanting to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff needs fired and replaced. Standing around talking half not working. Where the heck is the manager!! Also the staff are not wearing gloves while making ice cream.

I hadn't been to Cold Stone in a long time, but was craving some ice cream while in Vernal, and this seemed to be about the only place selling it. Not surprisingly, there was a long time, but it moved quickly. I was really happy with the portions at this location and the price was fair as well.

This is one of my favorite Cold Stone Creamery's up to date! The staff is always VERY friendly and understanding. I always have a hard order and they always make it perfect. Not to mention that their prices have stayed low through this hard economic time. I love it! Highly recommend!!
My only downside, however, is that every other Cold Stone I've been to, gives you much bigger portions. This one fills it to top of cup and that's it. The other ones I've been to fill it so much you can barely fit a lid on it. It seems a little sparse. That's my only complaint. :)
