We came in & waited 40 min in line. Got my ice-cream & a Carmel apple. When I got home & tried to eat my apple, it was rotten. Soft, gushy, smelly. So gross.

This is one of my favorite Cold Stone Creamery's up to date! The staff is always VERY friendly and understanding. I always have a hard order and they always make it perfect. Not to mention that their prices have stayed low through this hard economic time. I love it! Highly recommend!!
My only downside, however, is that every other Cold Stone I've been to, gives you much bigger portions. This one fills it to top of cup and that's it. The other ones I've been to fill it so much you can barely fit a lid on it. It seems a little sparse. That's my only complaint. :)

Love going to get ice cream with my husband it's always so yummy and the toppings are so fresh. We enjoy hearing the girls sing when they get a tip. We always get our doggies a yogurt covered bone when we go. Just wish they had more seating for families because it's always busy in the evenings. Love getting the ice creams cakes for special occasions

Not impressed with the Vernal cold stone at all tonight. We wanted to treat our kids for all their hard work and help recently and reward them with something nice and they chose coldstone. It was busy and there were two girls gossiping and playing around in the back area and one girl trying to keep up on all the front counter customer need. Portions were extremely small for the price. I had a promotion for $5 off and it didn’t work when I entered my phone number and the girl didn’t say anything so I ended up paying full price and just ordering on the app to use my $5 off any purchase offer. 25 minutes after placing my order I finally had one dish of ice cream I ordered as it seemed the other two girls just wanted to play around and not work and eventually must’ve realize there was an online order that needed made. They did dump marshmallows from one container into another but that was the only actual work I seen from the two girls that were there to play around and get in the way of the employee who was actually working her butt off.
