The increase their delivery fee to 5.99 you spend less and delivery fees on doordash then you do by just ordering from Domino's I believe they are trying to replace their delivery force with doordash drivers because they don't have to pay them an hourly wage

This place is an absolute joke. I ordered pizza over an hour and a half ago, and never received my order. On the Driver Tracker, Kiya (the driver) didn’t even come close to my neighborhood, instead going in the opposite direction. No calls were made to me, despite them having my number. I would’ve appreciated a phone call in order to lead her in the right direction.

I called the store to issue a refund, but the call didn’t even go through. It didn’t even ring. I tried to file a claim on the app, but the only thing I was offered was a “20% coupon off of items”. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, don’t. Their service along with their food has declined tremendously. You’re better off with any other pizza place in town.

Went to order two stuff crust pizzas and stuffed cheesy pepperoni bread, the kid who took my order did the best he could trying to hear over the blasting music. My order was completely botched. They seriously need to at least turn down the music so they can get the orders right the first time. I was pretty close to going back there and smashing their Bluetooth speaker.

Only order at the store because I ordered a lemonade and a pizza thru uber eats and it took an hour to get delivered to me and i only received the pizza and i had to drive to them to get the rest

Not only did it take an 2 hours and 15 mins to get my order (after having to wait an hour to just find out that it wasn't in their system after my grandfather paid) but the food was all wrong, the music was so loud I don't think they heard me. I would have rather made my own then wait for this bullshit.

I walked in there to make an order and the music was so loud they couldn’t hear me . I felt like I was yelling at them . I’m not against them playing music but turn it down a bit so the customer don’t need to yell at you .

Great service! Charlie was super helpful, delivering delicious pizza and bites in a hasty manor, his energy was contagious and his positive attitude was a nice change of pace from the day to day sludge in society. Made my day and took a wonderful photo of my friend and I.

I got 2 pizza’s, one was a cheese pizza with light sauce and there wasn’t light which I’m used to at this point but the second I wanted steak and mushrooms and I never got any steak. The Mac and cheese was good but otherwise way too much garlic on the crust and the bread bites. Go to any other pizza place in town and it’ll taste better and get your order right 🤷‍♀️ maybe it was just an off day but for the price and being the only one there I was hopefully to have it made right

I worked at Dominoes for close to 15 years, I enjoy the food. I have never seen such disorder and lack of urgency in a store. The communication is terrible. I waited 1.5 hours before my food started to be prepared and was told
It would be 15-20 min. I watched my food come out of the oven and sat in the counter for 5 minutes while employees stood around and visited with one another.

I ordered an hour in advance. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. When I pulled up it looked like most of the staff were out in the parking lot smoking instead of inside making pizza. Sure enough the app said my pizza didn’t go into the oven till after their smoke break was over and they all went back inside. They were 10 minutes late on my order because of the smoke break. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth since it could have been done on time if they had just thrown it in the oven and let it cook while they took their break.
