Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The worst discrimination of the ADA i have seen so far happened here. My husband myself and a child are all disabled and these guys were so rude to my husband when he attempted to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru lane. The woman at the drive thru rattled on and on about how you are required to go inside to pick up all mobile orders. So Freddy’s in vernal loses our business as my husband isn’t always capable of going inside to enjoy a taste of Freddy’s and they don’t appreciate getting business from Americans with disabilities. Shame on you Vernal, Utah Freddy’s.

Only downside was the reaction when I went to the Counter to say the ketchupdispenser was empty. No thanks and it took a white to refill.

The only thing worth a 4/5 star review here is the custard. The burgers lack flavor and the chickens dismal. Fries are ok and tots are great. It’s a decent pit stop on a Sunday when probably the good food places are closed :(.

Got Freddy's double burger, it was pretty good and a brownie shake. That was really good. Service was a bit slow due to it being kids night but it seems like that is their biggest hit.

There were no quality issues with the food. Overall, it was decent - but just not my favorite. I had a primerib steak burger combo. To me, it could use lettuce and a tomato to balance out the saltiness. As for the shoestring fries... they weren't my favorite... the first shoestring fries I've ever had that weren't just a soggy brick. They were crispy and all but so tiny they were hard to eat and didn't pick up much sauce due to to being so short and not having any surface area for sauce to stick to. Lastly when they called order numbers over the microphone, it was so loud inside the restaurant it just sounded like muffled mumbling. Overall... the place, though, was decent but I felt like what could have been great food just ended up missing the mark.

Freddy’s is our go-to spot for when we want our taste buds to high-five each other. The jalapeño burger? An absolute must have. The flavor is so good it should be illegal — melty cheese that hugs the patty like it’s never letting go, perfectly balanced with the kick of jalapeños and that magical Freddy’s sauce. Their shoestring fries? Tiny but mighty, and dangerously addictive. The onion rings? Crispy perfection every time — and if you dunk them in the jalapeño fry sauce, prepare yourself for a flavor explosion. If jalapeños and smash burgers are your love language, Freddy’s is basically Cupid.

After a week of camping we needed to find a place that had good parking for vehicles that are towing boats and trailers, and could serve a large group of 20 people quickly. We were able to park the vehicles in the large parking lot behind Freddy’s, and they were totally prepared to handle our large group. Amazing staff that provided great service. The guy calling out the numbers for orders was just the right amount of funny. Food was good and came out quickly but still hot. The custard was delicious and creamy. Bathrooms were super clean. We would definitely come here again.

The service was good and the employees were nice. The food was what to be expected from Freddie's. The problem was the cleanliness the floor was not sweept and extremely dirty. The tables were not cleaned regularly. They did eventually clean the top of the tables and the restroom were clean. The floors just were filthy so I can not rank high for the atmosphere.

2nd time I have taken my family out for burgers and all tables are filthy dirty each time. Not impressed.

Best night of the month to attend is the 1st Tuesday for Freddy's Family Night. They usually have facepainting, balloons, and free t-shirts for kids.

First time coming to Freddy’s. Ordered one thing and somehow they still got my order wrong. Wanted fries but got cheese curds instead and ALMOST got hit by a semi on the way out mid bite into my cheese curd. I guess it just wasn’t my day but I knew God saved me because He has a plan for me amen 🙏🏻 Thank you.
