My wife and I visited on a Saturday morning and the place was pretty quiet but filled up fast. Coffee was hot, fresh and plentiful. I ordered the Country Skillet, which was fantastic, everything you could want for a filling breakfast, could have maybe used a little more seasoning. My wife ordered the Country Fried Steak and Eggs, which was a little dry but she liked the potatoes it came with. The banter between the servers and customers really showcased the classic American diner feel, like there are a lot of regulars here. Bonus: gorgeous view of the mountains out the dining room window. Will definitely be back.

The kids loved everything they had! The wait staff were polite and helpful. We will go again next time we visit Vernal.Parking: Not too busy on a Saturday morning. No wait.

Cute older restaurant. Staple of the town. Nothing fancy. Servers are almost always great, and mornings are always great. Evening service is usually ok and even though the pies come premade they are good.

Food was not good and very overpriced. We were excited to see a JB's after many of not and VERY disappointed:(
Service and people are very nice and friendly. Food, in my opinion, needs more seasoning. It never feels like there is anything but salt and pepper.

Great small town style restaurant! Stopped in with my family and the food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and our waitress was kind and funny! We had potato soup (YUM!) chicken fingers, tuna melt, the sirloin, and spaghetti and it was all very good.

$12.00 for the breakfast buffet. Eggs were from a box, biscuits were like bricks. The bacon was under cooked. The food was covered with lids that had to be removed, very unsanitary. Order from the menu if you go here. The breakfast buffet is a rip off.

My family and I went there late I didn't know they were ready to close so they banged around their pots and pans to make a point and burned my sons corndog. I apologized to them but it didn't make a difference they were still upset.

It's a good diner do not get it mixed up with a restaurant that being said it's a great place for breakfast and coffee.
