The food is okay. Every time I eat a sandwich from here, it feels like I'm eating bread smashed around meat. It's like eating a basic deli sandwich from a grocery store.
The cookies are good. The sides are okay.
The service here is 5 stars. All of the employees I have interacted with here have been friendly, and they smile.
The reason I gave one star is the delivery. I don't know what happened, but this year has been terrible for delivery. The past three years had way more consistency, and rarely would you see a mistake. This year, every delivery order has had an issue with it, but it seems like it has gotten progressively worse. I don't trust delivery anymore. Now I only order in the restaurant, and even then, I make sure everything is correct before I leave.

I recently stopped by for an Italian Sub. It was meaty with fresh ingredients and fresh baked bread. Their prices were good, everyone was friendly, and the place was nice and clean.
To be honest, I was a bit surprised. This is the best chain I've come across in the area. Granted, the bar is pretty low, but this was a pleasant experience all around. Kudos to the management and staff.

Avoid if you have a family. It’s 2024. I don’t understand how a restaurant who has high chairs for little kids doesn’t have a changing table. You’re forced to change diapers on the floor of the bathroom or on the bench at the table where you eat. Neither are sanitary. Very disappointing as changing tables for businesses cost ~$100. I won’t be back when traveling with my kids again.
Great food- but what impressed me was that the guy getting my drink ready at the drive up; took a napkin and made sure no liquid was on the outside of the cup! I appreciate it.
