I've never had a bad experience here going through the drive-thru. Even when we were dining in as well. They are extremely helpful especially when we asked for our mixed bucket of crispy and original and dark meat only for our family meal. The staff has always been super friendly. The inside very clean and bright. Food is always hot and cooked properly.

The 20 dollar fill up box is probably the best way to actually feed a family of 4+, lines are never very long and service is always friendly.
Vegetarian options: Wife loves to get their mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and of course their signature biscuits.

Just picked up my food, I literally saw the woman that touched my chicken with her BARE hand!! I work in a kitchen so I know to ALEAYS WEAR GLOVES NO MATTER WHAT. That is just gross, idk who in their right mind would think that's okay.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Went earlier in the week and took almost an hour to get my food, gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again tonight with my son… and wouldn’t you know it 45 mins to get are food and was soggy and cold. More then likely will not go back again!!

We just went through the drive through, not sure if the girl on the mic was new or just having an off day. She was really nice. However, it was difficult to place the order correctly, We repeated it three times that we wanted the Family bucket the 16 piece and she kept thinking it was a single person order. then she made it sound like the only choice we had was breast and wings for the chicken, which that is an upgrade, which is fine. However, they only had three breast and wanted to still charges the upgrade and then she didn’t let us choose the four sides that we got she chose for us two large coleslaw, and two large mashed potatoes and gravy, then when I brought it up to the window, it should’ve been different because it wasn’t the upgrade. They just brushed it off that they had already charged us for it and it was no big deal that was a different girl than the one who took her order that was pretty snotty and didn’t really care too much about what I had to say or my questions or anything. Could’ve been having a bad day there was a line behind us due to the order mixup and complications, but if you’re in customer service, you should have that personality. She told me that it was only a dollar difference and then walked away and then turned around and said it was a four dollar difference and turned around and it didn’t get resolved. We’ll see how the food tastes. :)no honey or butter and the root beer was not sealed all the way when we got home and their medium mac & cheese was like a kids mac & cheese pretty sure I Piss them off. We should get what we paid for… is all I’m saying!
I got the spicy chicken meal, the chicken was a little bit overcooked because the outside edges were a little harder than they should have been but once you got into the middle it was pretty good. The fries were really good. The spicy sauce on it wasn't very spicy. The place was pretty clean and decent. The bathroom could have used some cleaning. The staff we're very friendly and helpful.
