Ordered through Uber Eats. Spent $125 on large order. The food was tasteless and inedible. I just threw it out. Very disappointed!

We went and tried the kbbq and hotpot because the menu online looked amazing. But it was nothing like that. It’s self serve, and they had basically nothing that was on the menu. Like they only had 2 kinds of beef, there was bacon instead of pork belly, and basically none of the veggies the menu said they had. I really think they took a menu from a real kbbq place and are just hoping no one notices 😅 our waitress was super sweet but she said she normally doesn’t do anything with the hotpot and kbbq side, so she had no clue about anything. And then the waitress who was supposed to be running that side of the restaurant completely ignored us, like she Didn’t even once stop by our table and just hung out in the kitchen. Overall I think lemongrass has good food when you order on the regular menu, but the kbbq and hotpot is a joke. It’s not worth the money, it’s basically a scam.

Terrible experience. Made me run to the bank to pay with cash and then messed up my order. Would not replace the food correctly and refused to reimburse for the item they did wrong. The manager was argumentative and clearly did not care about losing customers.

My waitress was very nice and helpful in helping me choose what to get on the menu and the food was absolutely delicious. They even gave us free candy after our meal! This restaurant was also very clean and pretty. I definitely recommend visiting.

Sad to say this but I’m not coming to this place no more, I used to come because I love the hot pot, but the last few times service has been horrible, first of all the lady which is the owner is always staring while we eat which makes us feel uncomfortable, second of all she made us pay extra cause she said that we wasted too much food which is a lie, it is all you can eat but it seems like it bothers them if you eat, then they check on how much you ate so they can charge you extra! Then they never bring out the stuff you need to eat , you always have to be asking them to bring your plates and get the stuff ready for you to eat. I love their food and is sad to say this but I will not be coming back!!!!

Horrible!!! It's bad on a level I've not seen before. There is, first of all, a language barrier. Owners are Chinese not Thai and apparently don't have a Thai cookbook. They screwed up almost everything we ordered. When the food came out nearly an hour, AN HOUR later - there was sugar in everything. Disgusting! There were tons of extra things brought out that weren't ordered but, because of the language barrier we paid for it. They charged gratuity on a party of five - pretty sure that's illegal. If you like living on the edge and do go here, maybe get the Hot Pot so you can get and cook your own food. Otherwise, you're probably in for a sad experience.
A gem. I was traveling and stopped here for lunch. What a surprise! I had Pad Thai which was excellent, the best I have had in years. Unfortunately the place was virtually empty. It deserves to be hopping. My waitress was ever attentive and checked several times to see if I was enjoying the food. She asked if it was good and I said wonderful. I returned several days later to an equally delicious meal, spring rolls and tempura. It was more than I could possibly eat. One suggestion to fellow travelers, order appetizers first before ordering your meal. The kitchen is fast and you want to savor one dish before ordering another.

Great food and fantastic service. Delicious and freshly made authentic Thai food. So good we got takeout for the next day, it was great. We also had a problem with our credit card and they were very helpful. Could have been a problem, but it wasn't.
