The employee was dishonest on website and in store menu pizza was 9.49$ and when the when I asked employee how much pizza was he said it was 14$.
Also employees were flirting with each other while supposedly making pizzas

Called the store before and they said 11 we got there at 9:40 I had my husband pick up a pizza then he was told they would not be making a pineapple pizza and then shut the lights when he was still in the drive thru very unprofessional

Big Kudos to the tall skinny guy in the red checkered coat running the drive through he was working so fast and multitasking to the max and he even held the door open for an elderly man. I however was serviced by the skinny little dark haired girl and she appeared high or ill. She moved and spoke extremely slow and appeared to be doing the bare minimum even when the one guy asked for someone to please help him with any of the 3-4 tasks he was doing. The other tall skinny guy in the back that was cooking also seemed to be working very well and doing 3 things at once. The short little white girl with the candy colored hair was also doing bare minimum and moving like a sloth.

Going downhill fast. The manager was cutting pizzas and employees standing around waiting for them. However a pile of pizzas on the counter getting cold while the warmers and portals are empty. Annoying to get pizza cold when it was just finished, but they gave me one that sat on the counter for 20 minutes.

Since covid they've closed their lobby to only call in orders. Gone are the days of the "hot and ready".... the line is usually 30-45 minutes for the cheapest flavored cardboard ever. No thank you.

The call center should have employees that speak English to start with. I placed an order and repeated it twice to the girl, she even confirmed the order and told me the price.
I picked up my order in the pouring rain Shame on me for not checking it before I left. I got back to my hotel to discover it was not what I ordered. I tried calling and once again got the call center. I tired to explain the problem and the non English female put me in hold. Eventually I hung up and went back out in the rain to go back to the store. The employee tried to tell me I had the correct order. The manager came over and decided to make the correct pizza which was half pepperoni and black Olives and the other half a Supreme.
I waited 20 minutes. Picked up my order only to see a Supreme not a half and half. I just left with it.
I would say they definitely need some training here.

If I could give a half star I would. The only thing ok is the food, but this new way to call the store is a joke. I don't want to talk to a machine, or someone from India. I want to talk to an employee that gets paid to answer the phone and get my order right. I just kept getting the neverending loop of a machine then Ring. When I finally got a real person they were at a call center outside the U.S. little Caesars need to go back to a direct line.

If I could give it 0 starts I would. Came in to get my family 3 pizzas one a Hawaiian 1 cheese and 1 pep smothered. The lady at the drive thru kept messing up our order and entering it in wrong. So we needed up going inside . Got told there was gonna be a wait on the Hawaiian pizza which I was fine with waited the 15 mins for that pizza and they ended up messing it up anyways . So then I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my pizza again. 30 mins for one pizza is it that hard to communicate with your team?? Come on guys !

The manager is the best employee here. When he's making the pizza, it's the best time to go. If he is not making the pizza, it's generally not worth going.

The photo I took shows how they forgot to finish cutting the pizza, I had to finish cutting it myself.

So i hate to be this person but unfortunately i had a pretty bad experience here, they told us a wait time of 10-15 minutes, it ended up being 30 when i decided to walk in and ask if they had it in the oven yet, i told them i understood them being understaffed because i also work in the food industry and that there was no rush just checking in. the boy helping was so rude and proceeded to go and yell at one of the girls working then come back and tell me it would be a few more minutes. so i waited and then he came back 10 minutes later and asked if i got me food…? while i was empty handed lol. almost an hour later from when we placed our order the food finnaly came and i told them thankyou where i got a cold whatever and then he turned away, when i got home they over charged us and gave us the entirely wrong order.

Poor customer service wanted to order wings an a pizza was told wings are not sold until after 4:00 pm an only cheese pizza was solid mind you it almost lunchtime. Not a happy customer at all

You get 1 star because I can't give you negative stars. Do better Little Ceasars. I know it's Sunday but that's no excuse. I got there at 7pm and you said I needed to wait 5-7 min while you made pizza because you didn't have any hot and READY pepperoni or Crazy Bread. OK I'm willing to wait for fresh pizza and bread sticks(but just wondering why you have none ready when that's the majority of what you sell...?). Anyway that goes right out the window when you get home and it turns out your pizza is neither fresh nor pepperoni. Thanks alot for ruining my dinner. I'm not at all in the mood to go back and get it fixed right and ya'll better be thankful for that because I would not be returning all rainbows and puppies! Lastly this pizza was waaaay older than the 10mins I waited for you to make me a fresh one ????? blah!
