Order online 4:42pm. Showed up at 5pm. Still not ready. Watched everyone get their online order pulled out of the warmer. Keep waiting for my online order to send me an update for my meal. At 5:30pm, I asked when my order was going to be done. He looked for my order and was left on a shelf instead of being in the warmer. My pizza was cold.
They need to use the online portal that they have for fast in/out service. Keep up with the online update for our orders.
Not ever wasting my money at this place.
Food was correct and good. Very very long wait times staff was working hard to get us our food waited for 35 minutes!
Pizza is good, avoid the wings they’re cold right out of the oven
It's a busy location, so I suggest ordering beforehand. They are a really good value, cheapest place to feed my family.
Fast and friendly waited in car was expected to wait 10 minutes but my food was delivered to my wi dow within 5 minutes.
Call and order first. You will wait forever at this location if you don't.
We ordered a few pizzas and sat in-line for about 20 minutes just to be told at the window that they can't take cash because the till wasn't in his name what business denies cash from you
The employee was dishonest on website and in store menu pizza was 9.49$ and when the when I asked employee how much pizza was he said it was 14$.
Also employees were flirting with each other while supposedly making pizzas

Called the store before and they said 11 we got there at 9:40 I had my husband pick up a pizza then he was told they would not be making a pineapple pizza and then shut the lights when he was still in the drive thru very unprofessional
Big Kudos to the tall skinny guy in the red checkered coat running the drive through he was working so fast and multitasking to the max and he even held the door open for an elderly man. I however was serviced by the skinny little dark haired girl and she appeared high or ill. She moved and spoke extremely slow and appeared to be doing the bare minimum even when the one guy asked for someone to please help him with any of the 3-4 tasks he was doing. The other tall skinny guy in the back that was cooking also seemed to be working very well and doing 3 things at once. The short little white girl with the candy colored hair was also doing bare minimum and moving like a sloth.

Going downhill fast. The manager was cutting pizzas and employees standing around waiting for them. However a pile of pizzas on the counter getting cold while the warmers and portals are empty. Annoying to get pizza cold when it was just finished, but they gave me one that sat on the counter for 20 minutes.

Since covid they've closed their lobby to only call in orders. Gone are the days of the "hot and ready".... the line is usually 30-45 minutes for the cheapest flavored cardboard ever. No thank you.

The call center should have employees that speak English to start with. I placed an order and repeated it twice to the girl, she even confirmed the order and told me the price.
I picked up my order in the pouring rain Shame on me for not checking it before I left. I got back to my hotel to discover it was not what I ordered. I tried calling and once again got the call center. I tired to explain the problem and the non English female put me in hold. Eventually I hung up and went back out in the rain to go back to the store. The employee tried to tell me I had the correct order. The manager came over and decided to make the correct pizza which was half pepperoni and black Olives and the other half a Supreme.
I waited 20 minutes. Picked up my order only to see a Supreme not a half and half. I just left with it.
I would say they definitely need some training here.
