The food was great! Its what I would expect eating at a fast food restaurant but the service was non existent. We ordered on line was no one wanted to take our order!! We waited for 20 mins for our food just to find it on the counter getting cold. No one called our number to let is know it was ready! The dining room was not clean! They should turn into drive thru only if they dont want to keep up the maintenance on the dining room!

The worst food ever! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I was given a burnt chicken with just pickles slapped on a bun no lettuce, tomatoe or mayo. Never ever will I eat there again it was s disgusting !!!🤮🤮🤮

This is the trashiest place you can eat at. I got a McDouble and the veggies looked like there were a week old! Tried to take my order and the cashier was not pleasant at all! The place is nasty. Half the 3/4 of the table are nasty!

Genuinely one of the worst wait times in the Uintah Basin. We ordered our food and waited an hour for it to be brought out, only to find out that they gave our order to someone else. They remade it and we waited a half hour for it again.
McDonald's service and quality has decreased greatly... there is no need to pull cars forward in the drive through just to make 8 us of wait for our food. We will all be waiting regardless. Either they need to hire more staff or that's just it, you guys need to hire come staff or competent staff. Been waiting 25+ minutes for two 20piece mcnugget and fries. Im very disappointed with the service
