We ordered a stuffed pizza, so it's hard to tell what's in there, if you didn't watch them make it. My wife went to pick them up, and the toppings on top seemed off. She asked them twice if they were sure it was ours. They only looked at the receipt on top, and said yes both times. I admit, we weren't sure if maybe they were putting more fancy stuff on top of the stuffed pizzas, so she brought it home, we baked it.. wrong pizza. What I'm saying now is, if a customer is questioning it so hard, why are you looking blindly at the receipt, instead of your employees questioning it themselves? Bad management.

Just don't go there. Dishonest Management.

Please , Parents, make sure you are helping your teen understand how important it is to compare their time clock punches to the pay check. My Son just got ripped off by Papa Murphy's, Papa Moose LLC in Vernal, UT. He worked there a year, and was only reimbursed for the last 4 months (268.00). That's when I caught on and noticed he worked more hours and didn't get more pay. Then we started saving his clock in and out slips from the register. It was obvious this was an on going thing. You would think the Labor Board has your back, they don't. They got the reimbursement of the days we could prove, and left it at that. I told them, the employer is providing a time clock spread sheet list that was manually entered by the employer, and of course would match the pay stubs. Labor Board agent said, he looked into it here's a copy and he didn't find anything. I told him it would be the register back up tape that would have the actual time punches not the spread sheet that the employer created on excel. But WOW! what a dead end. There it is on the sheet the Labor Board deemed righteous, the slips I provided didn't match the spreadsheet, 80 punches, and he assumes the rest of the sheet is legit. smh When my son was hired he was trained by another teen and told to just throw those slips away. Needless to say, I'm sure all the other teens working there were being ripped off and have no idea. I refuse to set foot in that place until I see some new management. I advise teens NOT to work there, and if you do, SAVE THOSE SLIPS!!

I went in to Papa Murphys the other day, because I haven’t eaten there in years. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was great. But while I was waiting, I noticed a middle aged woman maybe late 40’s early 50’s, who I presumed to be the manager, yelling and belittling the workers. Very jarring to say the least.

The pizza made here are by far the very best in this town !!! No other pizza maker comes close do mainly to the high quality ingredients they use.Other pizza shops will use one bell pepper per 60 pizza's,not this place. All I do is take the pie home and cook it.I highly recommend them and do give a try and like me,you will not be disappointed. Also their pizza is much better than the frozen stuff !!Vegetarian options: Plenty of them.Parking: Lot's of it

A fence post has more personality than the employees, and cacti are more friendly. Is working here really so bad you have to totally zone out just to make it thru a shift?Don't dare walk in 20 min before closing for a quick easy dinner after late soccer games. I got an eerie feeling they would have preferred to add me to the pizza toppings in freezer rather than help me.

If you don't mind cooking it yourself, this is the place to get great quality pizza! If you have EBT they accept that as well!

The quality of the pizza is good, they taste great and sometimes made alright. But the costumer service here in vernal definitely needs work. The employees definitely need to pay more attention to online orders and in store orders. I didn't get 2 of the items I had bought. And when I called to see if I could get them, I couldn't because they were closing soon.

I ordered three large pizzas. They made one family size, which wouldn’t be an issue except I had to bake it in a small camper oven so it would never fit. They argued that I had ordered that size until I pointed out the receipt which clearly stated what I had ordered. They demanded I swipe my card AGAIN and pay extra for the wrong size, take it home, cut it in half, and back it in two separate pieces. I told them I would take the extra large pizza but I wasn’t paying extra for all of that hassle. I already had to bake three pizzas, one at a time. They informed me that they had used all of the correct toppings on the wrong size and I could either pay extra and cut it in half or choose different toppings.I finally agreed to pay extra, against my better judgment. He then told me that I actually couldn’t do that and I just couldn’t have the correct pizza at all.Eventually they decided that instead of just giving me that family size pizza, they would take all of the toppings off and put it on a large size. I was fine with this and just wanted to leave. He then asked how I would be paying, i informed him that I had paid when I first arrived. He argued with me that I definitely had not paid. I told him the exact amount, that I had swiped my card, and entered my pin. He insisted that I pay again. I finally was ready to give in and pay twice when he realized that I had paid.Rude. Unwilling to problem solve. Poor service.Seriously guys, you’re making pizza. It’s really not rocket science.

Favorite pizza is the cowboy pizza. The staff could be be more friendly.
