We ordered our food at 4:50 pm and my husband was there at 5:30 so gave them some time still at 6 pm no food 7 ppl there and no one wants to work. The other time was halloween and the manager herself was doing her makeup and not working it's a very professional place when u want to wait over an hour on a pizza each time and then they want to blame us for why they were slow would never recommend unless new management and employees are replaced

Tried to eat here, but no one would ever come to our table. When we entered, we were yelled at from the kitchen to sit where ever we wanted. But then no one ever came to take our order. Left and had a delicious Dominoes pizza in 15 minutes.

I do not recommend ordering online the website has more bugs than a shady motel, this restaurant has great appeal for older customers who remember the classic experience of dining in the restaurant and still want that. It's great to still have your pizza brought to your table piping hot on a cast iron pan.

Really fun to see one of the few sit down Pizza Huts in the country! I ordered a giant stack of pizzas for a family event, but the app wouldn't let me order that much pizza, and at the very end of the process it told me to call in, instead.
So I called in, and ordered. Great! Then two hours later they called back and told me because my order was so big I had to pay in advance over the phone before they could start on it.
So I paid over the phone. And when I got there at the scheduled pickup time, I had to wait for ten minutes before they were ready with my food.
I recommend streamlining the process for large orders. Maybe have the app tell customers big orders cannot be taken on the app for this location.
Have your employees tell customers calling in big orders that they need to pay in advance, instead of waiting two hours to tell them and making the order fail to come out on time.
I went and got lunch at Pizza Hut today. It’s been awhile but oh boy. It was so bad start to finish I feel compelled to call Domino’s and apologize for going to Pizza Hut.

I'm on vacation and we don't have any remaining dine-in Pizza Hut locations back home. The aroma and atmosphere are exactly how I remember them growing up.
The staff here are some of the most genuinely warm and friendly people I've ever met. After one of the roughest days with a vehicle water pump exploding on our road trip it was extremely uplifting to have ordered from here.
