Long story short- waited an hour and half for our pizzas (dine-in) and then it was cold and rock solid once it came out. (How?) They brought the pizzas out to us and then said they would bring us plates and NEVER came back. So we tried to use napkins instead. I have never eaten less appealing pizza in my life. We would’ve been better to go to a gas station and get the pizza there. New management is desperately needed.

Great hospitality! Eating in was a delight. Carl was the best. He afforded us every respect and kindness one could hope for at a restaurant. He complimented our baby daughter and treated us like family.
He also told us about their salad and pizza buffet. Relaxed and good A/C. Will come again. My only suggestion is they have employees use headphones if they want to listen to their own music instead of having it pour into the dinning room. (Carl was not the music problem…Carl was the best).
Ask for Carl and you can’t go wrong. He is an asset to the business.

We were evacuated from the Meeker fires in Colorado. Had to drive to Vernal to find a room. Ordered 1 large meatlovers pizza and cheese bread. They charged me $46. My husband had already paid. I looked on line same pizza $12.99. I asked why so expensive she said because we did not order on line. I asked if we could cancel the order and reorder on line. She said no. BTW this is the manager. I told them I just wanted a refund and kid taking order said ok. He said the manager on duty had to approve it. Manager came out and said her district said they don't do refunds. I highly recommend not eating at this location and I'm very disappointed in the situation. I was a district manager for 25 years in another restraunt and would have been fired if I handled things this way.

I was very disappointed tonight. The poor girl at the front counter was overwhelmed. Online orders were taking an especially long time. There seemed to be numerous employees in the back. I'm not sure what the issue was with them. One employee wiped his nose with his hand several times and continued to make pizzas. He took his cell phone out and took pictures of the crust he had just spread in a pan then continued to add ingredients, never washing his hands. Finally got our pickup order and left town. Opened the Cinnabon box after eating only to discover there was NO icing. Everyone knows that is the best part! Very, very disappointed.

We had to wait an hour and a half for food. They had a big party coming but didn't let us know when we came in. They took our drink orders and then pretty much disappeared until we went to find them. I'm not hugely disappointed, after all, It is Pizza Hut.

Visited Vernal from SLC area for one of ours kid’s soccer games.
We don’t have Pizza Hut with dining rooms that I know of so we had to stop in. The employee was very kind and let us know about a lunch special “pick 2,” or something like that. We both ordered a personal pan pizza, I choose the breadsticks with cheese.
We had a great experience, as good as I’ve had at a Pizza Hut. Was happy to see a dining room, in fact I usually stop in when I see a dining room. Might be nostalgia for me, it’s working!

Food was absolutely delicious, the girl who served us was also very sweet and accommodating for my sensory issues
We were very disappointed in the pizza quality and we didn’t get everything we asked for. • the dough wasn’t cooked completely • the cheese on the pizza was not even melted under the pepperoni and was subpar compared to other pizza places • I asked for Parmesan cheese packets and ranch dressing. I didn’t get Parmesan cheese or ranch dressing, they sent extra sauce instead. Unfortunately our dog wouldn’t even eat it. We paid a lot for this pizza. So not worth it.
