Super friendly staff! 😁

I DoorDash from Sonic and every time I’ve gone they forget about me or just don’t tell the carhop that I’m there. So I get there tell them I’m there. Sit for 15 minutes. Just to have to press the button again to tell them that I’m There and have been waiting, and then their carhop brings out the food and gives me attitude for they’re coworkers bad communication.

These guys get the orders wrong all the time. This time was the straw.
We are about to leave on a long trip. Ordered asking for 2 of the biggest burritos you make. They gave us juniors. I looked in the bag before pulling away, as this has happened before. Said this is the biggest? She said, oh I thought you said juniors. No, we are about to go on a big trip we just need whatever your biggest burrito is. She charged us for a 2nd set of junior burritos. We gave back the juniors, and she hands us a bag with new. We get down the road, and she put the juniors back in the bag. I called her to tell her I think you sent us with the juniors, she insisted she threw them away and made 2 regular burritos. Why regular, I wanted the biggest? She said we didnt specify one of their biggest, so they just give regulars. Her name is Heather suposedly a manager of some sort. While talking she interrupted me plenty, but when i talked over her, she told me not to interupt her. I will be calling her corporate office and I wont set a foot near that place again unless they fire her. She is the worst and no kind of a manager!!

Their food is usually top notch but they decided to change their shake formula they told me so you could use a straw. We both got sick. It's vile. I put mine in freezer for 2 hours, still liquid. Whipped cream was way too sweet.

One of the faster fast food restaurants in Vernal. Food quality is a little less favored than other hamburger restaurants in town, but worth it since the drive thru line is quick.

The manager, Melissa shouldn’t be around. She wasn’t just rude to us while we were waiting on our food but she was treating all her young employees like trash the whole time we waited in the window for our food.

Waited 15 mins to order, thinking oh they must be busy not once in the 25 minutes I was there did I get to order? I pushed the button twice, So I pulled into the drive through to give them more of my time and willing to give them my money again. the manager rudely said they don’t have that drink and continued to ignore me on the intercom when I tried to reorder, I pulled forward to the front to ask them why are they being rude? I don’t give them no more of my time or my money! If your reading this sonic manger @2:00 to 2:20 on Tuesday 6/24/25 get a new job if you can’t provide better service for your customers not only did you ignore me you didn’t try to make it right either!!! Poor service no wonder you guys are a 3 star. If I could I would give u zero cause not only did this happen once but every damn time I went there!!!!!

Hit or miss. The drive thru intercom doesn't work great, the staff normally can not hear me and mess up the order. Half the time it's great, the other not so much.

They are always happy and extremely friendly. I really enjoy the Sonic here. Too many times, you can tell that people truly do not like their jobs. Sonic though, those people either love their jobs or should head to Hollywood for their acting abilities. WAY TO GO SONIC!!
