I've noticed a lot of bad reviews about online ordering. It's a sandwich shop. Your sandwich WILL get soggy if it's left to sit too long. And it will get cold too. asking for condiments on the side usually helps when ordering online.

I went in and Liberty was the cutest, most helpful employee. She got everything just right and was generous with my olives when I asked for more❤️ Her smile was contagious and I found myself having a better day. Kudos to the young kids in our community!

Dietary restrictions: Salad for gluten free, dairy free without cheese, but there's a large risk of cross contamination so be careful.

As long as you go in this is an ok place to eat, never ever ever order delivery far too many awful experiences. If you compare there is different prices on the base food when ordering from the subway site(that delivers through doordash) and the doordash site which makes no sense either way you end up paying almost double the price of just going in and resolving issues is nearly impossible. Subway says doordash has to fix it, and doordash says subway has to fix it etc.

I truly love subway. We eat their regularly for over 8 years food and quantity was fair. But it is getting ridiculous if I order a sandwich off the doordash it should have the same amount of stuff inside of it as if I walk into your restaurant. The last few months my husband and I have noticed every time we order off doordash our sandwiches are half their size. I pay more for this food because it's being delivered and it's bullshit that it's got less condiments and meat on the sandwich then if I walk in. Stop being disrespectful to your customers and start giving us the same thing we order whether it's walk in or delivery. I will definitely be going to Naples from now on
