These are the most value-for-money steaks! Well-seasoned and cooked to the temperature that we want. I've lost count the number of times I asked for medium rare at other restaurants but got medium instead. This is one of the rare times where I got exactly what I wanted. I can't remember our server's name (slim lady with long, dark hair) but she was fantastic. She was patient and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place!

My sister and I were in Vernal for a week and ended up eating here twice. The food is incredible, the prices are better than reasonable and the service was fantastic.

As we traveled around town we were repeatedly told that this was the place to eat (which we were quite capable of verifying)! Even when we swung out to Roosevelt we were asked, “have you been to Swain’s? You need to go to Swain’s
”

Again — fantastic stop. If you’re in the area this is a must go for lunch or dinner.

I wasn't real hungry so I ordered their Sirloin Stew which was watery and little meat or vegies like potatoes. Was more like a broth.
Service was very good as was the rolls that came with order.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great food and fantastic service! I had the prime rib (ladies cut) and it was perfectly cooked. The salad was delicious. We also got the Cajun chicken and mashed potatoes. It was seasoned really nicely but wasn’t super spicy which I appreciated. My mom got their rendition of chicken cordon bleu. It was covered with a delicious flavored sauce with mushrooms in it. They warned us they were really busy and thanked us in advance for our patience, but our wait was minimal. Our waitress was efficient and fun. The service was excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves. Will stop here again!

The chef does not know how to cook a medium rare ribeye steak. Bartender was nice.

Beware of the waitress Maddison! After sitting at our table for 10 min with no service I politely asked her as she walked by if she was our waitress and she scowled at me looked me up and down and rudely said “Excuse me!? No.” And walked off. Immediately first impressions were terrible and then ironically she ended up being our waitress. She tried to justify her rude behavior by telling us she was having an “off night”. She also proceeded to mix up our orders and continue to make excuses throughout our meal. I am a very generous tipper when it is deserved $100+ but Maddison earned herself two lines drawn beneath my check total. I won’t be going back
