Great food, especially if you’re looking for a steak! Customer service is fantastic too!!
This place is run down and dirty. Their carpet in back is stapled down and food all over the floor. The food was mediocre. Our waitress, Lauren however was great!

Took my 9-year-old out for dinner at the Valley Steakhouse because she asked, and against my better judgment, I agreed. Let’s just say my instincts were right.
A positive is that the waitress was kind and patient as the kids deliberated over the menu.
The food? Mediocre at best. My chicken Caesar salad was a sad story: soggy lettuce drowned in dressing, a sprinkle of cheese, and some chicken that looked like it barely survived the journey to my plate. No croutons. I repeat—no croutons. Isn’t that the one thing that makes Caesar salad fun?
The steak? Questionable cuts. But thankfully, my daughter didn’t notice—kids are blissfully unaware sometimes, and for that, I’m grateful.
Then there was the smell. Oh, the smell. Musty and moldy, like a basement that’s been locked since the '80s. It was hard to enjoy my meal with my sensory alarm bells going off.
In the end, my daughter had a good time, and that’s what really matters. But for me? This was a one-time visit. Thanks for the experience, but I’ll trust my better judgment next time.

I stood at the hostess stand for 15 minutes. Hostesses pretended I wasn't there. They wouldn't acknowledge me and ignored me when I tried to ask to get a seat. It wasn't busy at all. I just ended up walking out.
I finally made it in on a business lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with just how good the food is. I ordered a bacon wrapped filet and it is probably the best filet I have had in a long time if not the best filet I have ever had. Definitely swing in if you are curious. Highly recommended!

I ate there today 10-27-24. Ordered a rib eye and it was less than 1/2 inch thick and half of it was fat and gristle. It had a whole layer of salty rub that I had to scrape off, I could barely cut it. One third of the way through eating it my stomach became very upset. I had to leave because I needed my bathroom. A very expensive meal that wasn’t edible. Won’t ever be back. Tough, over seasoned and bad meat that made me ill.

Building is not well maintained. Both doors to the room were broken and dangerous to use. The atmosphere was bland and felt dirty. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, but the chicken, cheese, sauce, and thick hunk of ham were dropped on the plate in no order. I attempted to eat a few bites, but couldn't bear to swallow the food. It was a sad experience, and I couldn't wait to leave.

The 16 ounce steak was scrumptious, with loaded baked potato and soup.

Not impressed. All of the booths have big gaping holes in the seats. This is Not your typical, nice steakhouse. Just a pub style restaurant in a hotel.
Don't waste your time or money.
This restaurant was a fun find on a little dinosaur trip for our son! They have a kids' special on Tuesdays with an adorable toy, and a drink with a ducky in it.
The service staff are very kind, but they are definitely understaffed as service was very slow.
The food was alright, and the price was a bit high, but the portions were absolutely enormous so that made up for the cost a little bit.
Tl;dr: slow but good service and decent food. Worth a try for sure, especially with little kids on a Tuesday.
