Usually love and crave their Mac and cheese but today it was so dry and plain. Looks like they just sprinkled parm cheese on it. The chicken and bacon were amazing though.

I love it here!! The food is hands down the best in Vernal. My steak was cooked to perfection. The staff is soooo friendly. Brandie the manager is great she always hooks me up free shots and drinks when I am there!

Beer was ok, food was not good at all and with the exception of 1 person the service was poor. We ordered a house salad and salmon tacos. The house salad fir $13 was just a plate of arugula with 4 carrot slices and some VERY salty dressing. The tacos were just salmon and sauce, nothing else. The salmon in the tacos was just warm and not very fresh and once again the sauce was very salty. We tend to go to breweries in town when we visit, if back in Vernal we will skip this one sorry to say.

Great selection of food. Service was stellar. There were 7 of us dining and we shared our meals family style because everything was so tasty! We all wanted to try each others food. Each meal was very delicious.

I spend about 8 weeks in Vernal through multiple trips a year. I always visit Vernal Brewing Company, I'm a sucker for a good Fried Chicken Cesar, then you add that candied bacon. I'm drooling. I spent years in the restaurant industry and I have to say I'm always impressed with VBC. As I said I don't spend alot of time in Vernal but the team there remembers me and remembers my order even with months in-between visits. Thats great customer service. I always recommend to my guests (I help manage a local busines) to VBC. I wish I had caught my servers name tonight to give her a HUGE shout out. Great team there and great food. Obviously I recommend the Fried Chicken Cesar salad, add candied bacon. Thanks for dinner.

We stayed a weekend at Vernal and our Airbnb host recommended Vernal Brewing Restaurant. Let me tell you that hat it didn’t disappoint. Everything, I mean, everything was delicious! We try multiple items since we were four. Best burgers, best pasta, best salads and on and on. Give it a try!

Food was excellent, service was AWFUL! I am celiac and was trying to figure out what I could eat, server was not helpful at all, nor did she seem to care to find someone that did. The item I ordered, clearly has gluten but she assured me they could do it without. She seemed very disengaged thru the whole process
