Yall suck when it comes to handling answering your windows in the morning and making sure you're customers cards are in their hands after almost 10 minutes of sitting at the window. So not fast food etiquette AT ALL yall need to get your crap together.

The place was very very busy when we were there with the week was not long. The food was outstanding. It was fresh and hot. Our cashier was an older lady she was nice, friendly and funny. She made us feel welcome and was very upbeat even in the chaos. Probably hands down one of the best Wendy's I've been to.

While waiting in line through the drive thru. Due to chicken cooking they offered my kids a tiny frosty and my dog some bacon while waiting for our sandwiches. They even ensured the people waiting behind me had their food so they could keep the line moving.
The flies at this spot are unreal, I don’t know if it’s just be cause it’s the beginning of fall or something, but you guys need to do something about the fly issue. The food is alright I guess, it’s not the best in my opinion. The service is not the best, they forgot my nuggets and gave me an empty box and forgot my lemonade. All in all, 1.5 stars

So I went and waited in the drive threw for 40-50 minutes and when I got my food they forgot my fries and instead putted another nugget like what the heck I didn’t pay for this worst experience ever

So I went in on Sunday today. Aug 24 in vernal utah and we go to Wendy's all time traveling and alot but in vernal one I order 5 biggie bags that they were great but tha service tucked when it came tp the girl getting use are order all the stuff in 2 bags and I asked her if she can put that stuff in there own bags totally ignoring. My request so that it would be easier and she just ignore. D my request, we will never be back to this one again.Your customer service sucks thank you

THE SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER!!! I thought drive thru were supposed to be quick - Sat in line for *46* minutes. It's literally like they are throwing 1 chicken nugget in the fryer one at a time & that chicken sandwich is free range & they are out wrangling it up... Heaven for bid, don't come here.... by the time we got our food it was cold & incorrect!
