usually i feel like the girls here are not very kind, i feel very much like an inconvenience when i order here. i prefer the AF location much more. BUT the other day Stormy took my order and was so so so kind I had to make a review so the other barista learn from her and so she knows that her kindness is so appreciated! i was having a hard day and she was just like actually a little ball of sunshine and made me feel lots better!

I recently stopped by the Vineyard Beany’s, and I’m so glad I did! Their coffee and hot chocolate are absolutely delicious — especially the frozen hot chocolate! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Beany’s is the place to go! Definitely recommend!

10/10 recommend this place! As someone with a soy allergy, dining out can often be a challenge.
Before visiting, I called ahead to inquire about the ingredients in the chai beverages. The manager was incredibly helpful, taking the time to thoroughly review the ingredients for all the drinks I was interested in. She even provided an excellent soy-free recommendation. The chai she suggested was not only delicious but also allowed me to feel safe and confident that it was completely allergy-free.
The customer service exceeded my expectations and I am very excited I found a reliable, high-quality, drink place that won't break the bank.
I had such a great experience here! The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I ordered exactly what I wanted. The store is super clean, well-organized, and everything felt fresh and inviting. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to, highly recommend!

We used to get cappuccino here every day, but today, September 15, something went wrong. We ordered cappuccinos, but not only did they make the wrong coffee at first, when they remade it, they gave us just regular coffee — as if it was made at home. It was watery, without foam, tasteless… They handed it over silently and turned away. Very unpleasant. We weren’t here for long… We’re from California, and we’ve never seen such poor service before. They didn’t say “thank you” or “goodbye.” Even sugar was only given after we specifically asked, because in their opinion sugar shouldn’t be offered with coffee. They never provide a stir stick either — were we supposed to stir our coffee with our fingers? There is no sense of detail or understanding of service here. I believe they need to be trained to make proper coffee and to ask whether the customer wants sugar, and also to provide a stir stick with it. I don’t want to carry my own stir stick in my pocket.
