I hate typing this because im a kind and patient person that works in the restaurant industry. I’m a front of house manager at a restaurant/bar. The service I received today was so bad that I feel obligated to leave a review as if this was my restaurant I would genuinely quit out of embarrassment. My friend and I sat down outside and didn’t have anyone check on us for over an hour. We got menus and told someone would be right back, which they never were.
Bob ended up helping us, and I want to be clear he was great. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t even supposed to be our server but we flagged him down to get us drinks after we sat for 20+ minutes. I ordered a drink and a burger, my friend and I got our drinks but my burger didn’t appear until we were leaving. The heating lamps outside were off, the game wasn’t playing on any tvs outside (which we requested and Was never fixed) and nobody seemed to have a sense of urgency. It was a particularly busy night but I’ve been in for fight nights that were much busier than this and at least had a server show up to help us.
I’m genuinely disappointed. My friend and I considered walking out because we couldn’t even pay for the drinks we got after sitting for (this is literally not an exaggeration) over an hour. Nobody had a sense of urgency or seemed to care that we weren’t being helped other than bob. I have very high hospitality standards in my restaurant, but this was quite literally the worst service I’ve ever received. I’m not sure what kind of business you’re running but my friend and I more than likely will not return. Which is disappointing to us genuinely. We love bout time, the food, the servers, and go frequently, but im blown away by the fact that service can be this horrible and the management doesn’t get involved. Bob took care of us and let me take my burger on the house which was nice.
I wish I could truly get the impact of this review through with purely words, but again im emotionally torn even leaving this. I don’t like leaving bad reviews and I am always understanding of situations, particularly in the restaurant industry. I’m not sure if this place was taken on by new management recently, But im genuinely baffled and upset with the loss of bout time as a sit down staple for my friends and I. Its hard to find places to sit down and have a beer and some good food in Utah county, but we will likely look elsewhere from now.

Horrible service we waited for 2 hours the first time our food came out they were ice cold and we asked for it to be reheated and we waited like an hour and choch our server was very rude about it the whole time we didn’t mind waiting but he was rude about it the whole time and the waitress lady was cussing out a customer we still ended up paying over 50 dollars for our drinks and never got our food before we left horrible service never experienced worse service.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to after tonight.
Long story short
We sat for 30 min before I had to wave someone who wasn’t our server down for us to order we proceeded to wait a whole hour and still no one served us food nor checked on our table.
This is one of my favorite bars and I’m sad this was my experience the servers are usually fantastic and timely but tonight was awful and it wasn’t as busy for a usual weekend I’ve spent at bout time before.
We decided to wave someone down to just leave before a server realized we didn’t get our order on our way out.
Would have loved a good night at bout time but it was soured by terrible service.
The server bob however was very kind and I feel like this was on management 100%
Sad to change my review :/ hopefully better next time

We were the only patrons when we arrived We placed our order after waiting 10 min. For someone to take it. Ther was 3 orders made the burgers were so dry I couldn't eat it. G99d thing theybroyght a catchuo bottle out.The other order cane out as I finished my burger. It was a sampler plate and it was cold. Never got any redulls on our drinks. Never will i return to this establishment.. By the time we left there was 2 other tables with customers at them.

This place used to be really awesome. I will say we still love one or two bartenders there, they’ve always been so kind to us. However, we came back after months of not going, spent over $60+ before tip for literal burnt wings, (which should have been addressed between the server and cooks before even getting to us) 1 drink each and a quesadilla. We didn’t get asked once if we wanted another drink or if our food was good until we were ready to pay when we let the server know that the wings were really burnt compared to how they used to be and she said verbatim “yeah they haven’t been doing anything right lately” which leaves a bad taste to us. It’s super embarrassing for them to even have to say that instead of accommodating us especially after being long time customers. We miss the old bartenders/servers (Hannah, captain, Donna, season, etc) who treated us with respect and would make us feel comfortable enough to speak up about our issues unlike the new servers who all just hang out in the back and talk amongst themselves. Super embarrassing for this franchise and how poorly the place has turned out. Makes sense why top golf has become more popular. I rather spend the same amount of money on food and a drink anywhere else than go back to a place that doesn’t support their team or take accountability despite their job description. Hopefully not disrespecting anyone but really unfortunate for a place we used to love to go out to and spend over $100+ on a night out and don’t ever plan on going back. Sad day.

Warm beer from the tap, had a stein of Guinness and it was bad. Food was horrible, had the Patty Melt, beef patty was hard as a rock, the rye bread was hard too, had to ask for onions, normally a patty melt has onions. Not sure if this place tries to be bad but they nailed it in every was possible.

Not to mention this is a SPORTS BAR & we're forced to watch the biggest rivalry game in over three years in UTAH on our phones because they continue to ignore our requests to change the channel.

Came with a group of people. We all order drinks and I also order a salad. Stockton was an amazing server. We had a good time terrible music but, whatever. We paid we left that was it. We paid separately as we are all adults and you pay for what you drink I am not your mother here. Came to chill with some friends last night 11/07 and I could not be admitted!!!!!!! I was very frustrated the door person told me to leave. I was very confused, I asked why he said (I don’t know) great answer. Like a good Karen I said I need to speak to your manager. Wait! It was Courtney, I know her !!! SHE IS MY EX MANAGER. She will help me we cool LOL she told me to leave VERY RUDE. I said why? She answered because you don’t pay when you come in. What in the world!!!! She said to me your server last time Stockton told me you didn’t pay for your tab. Okay lady out of the 8 people in my group last time I WAS THE ONLY THAT WAS NOT ADMITTED last night we all came back (because I didn’t pay, mmmm asked your server) Rude management , poor service in previous visits. Courtney and Jordy the other “manager “ is rude too, very much like her boss. My group we tip, we pay , we drink. We know how this works. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!! New management does not cares for certain groups. I don’t know what it’s based on. We will NEVER BE BACK ( obviously they kicked us out )
