Ordered my burrito bowl and my husband's burrito for pickup. It was ready quickly which was great. However, halfway through my burrito bowl I found a large chunk of avocado peel (or what I assume was avocado peel). I was dubious about how it ended up buried in there as it should have been disposed of or in a pile of scraps, especially when I hadn't ordered guac even. Then a few bites later, I spied a short, curly hair. That did it for me. I'm very pregnant and I can't afford to be eating at establishments with such a lack of hygiene and standards. I'm super disappointed.

One of the best Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. Well done!

The manager literally saw us walk in and immediately pulled his employee aside to whisper something. When we tried to order, the employee just said “we don’t do that anymore” about the quesarrito. If it’s not on the menu anymore, I get it but why did the manager had to see us to inform his employees? The whole thing came off rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
I even told the manager, kindly, that what he did was unprofessional and he still couldn’t own up to it. We used to come here every couple of weeks, but not anymore. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother coming to this Chipotle. I can see why they have this score in here

Food was good but the girl with a short ponytail working the register was being very rude to the other girl making orders pushing her out of the way multiple times and reaching over her without saying anything. We see this happen multiple times while we were waiting for the steak to be ready and we just thought it was very unprofessional and rude of her.

I placed an online order for pickup for my husband to grab. When he got home, I opened it and saw it was barely filled and missing some of the items I asked for in the order. Luckily we don’t live far and I drove back to have it fixed.
When I explained the situation at the window, a second employee came up and seemed confused of what I wanted and asked if I was asking for it to be filled more or what?… I’m sure she had the situation explained to her by the first employee I spoke to. I felt like she didn’t believe me that I received my order wrong and the bowl hardly filled which is why she asked me that question. This was frustrating, because I had clearly paid for a full order and it clearly was not touched (I attached a picture). I don’t expect to spend $11 for just a small handful of food.
They did remake my order, which I appreciated, but the whole experience was frustrating and felt like I wasn’t really believed or taken seriously.

Food is decent but service is pretty bad. They are always out of vinaigrette; don't answer the phone when we call to check on vinaigrette availability prior to ordering. If they can improve their service, I will remove review.

I got the usual for me, which is a burrito bowl with the steak. The chunks of meat on the bowl were huge and very chewy, I could not eat them. My husbands got a steak quesadilla and the same happened to him. Honestly, for how much we paid the food quality was poor. Don’t buy your food from this Chipotle, not worth it.

Meat was so tough and full of fat that we had to spit most of it out. Not a good experience.

Best chipotle I’ve been to in a long time. I always thought chipotle was going down hill with their portion sizes and prices but not this place. I haven’t had a bowl this big without having to add extra stuff for years. Best chipotle in Utah!!
Restaurant was also clean and staff are great!

Came in at 11:12am and they had no steak, no chicken, no carnitas, and no rice. They told me it would be 35 minutes just for rice. I asked why they were out of everything when they opened and they’re only answer was I don’t know… horrible.

I normally don’t have a problem with this location but i went today to buy a quesadilla and a burrito and my burrito didn’t have chicken and it has tomato’s and i asked for no tomatoes and i wanted chicken but didn’t get it. my quesadilla didn’t have any rice on the side and the meat was terribly burnt. Please save your time and go to the provo location. way better food and service there. I asked for a refund on the app and it wouldn’t give it to me. for $25 this was a joke.

First, the service is bad. Not a friendly face in sight. They put your food together as if they're paying to be there.
And, If you get the bowl, enjoys your 6 pieces of lettace. And watch for hairs.

Honestly I’ve never been treated so poorly by staff and have never gotten such small portions anywhere ever. First, we walked in and were GLARED at by three employees but especially by the one we’re supposed to start our order with, then the other girl was talking with the man and ignoring the coworkers request for more lettuce (which she didn’t put in my salad) and then the next worker down the line just looked so unhappy to be helping at all. Then, checking out, we were debating on getting chips (DO NOT DO they are always stale) and the worker said: “you know you don’t have to get a side you can just get the chips” in a completely rude tone. The food was nasty and made all three of us sick. And idk why you would situate your restaurant with no blinds to block out the evening sun but there was no where to sit where you wouldn’t get blinded or that wasn’t dirty.
Won’t be eating here again.
