The management at this little Caesars needs to step in and effect change. The staff I think are trying their best but you nearly always have to wait for pizza, and time estimates are all over the place. I was told 15 minutes once and seriously waited 50 minutes, walking in the store multiple times to ensure I hadn't been missed. As I write this I'm 13 minutes into a 7 minute wait for 2 slices and sticks pizzas.Trying to feed the family with a crowd pleaser but honestly this might be the slowest pizza in the valley and that's the opposite of why people come to little Ceasars. The existing 2.5 star total for this locations says it all.

My friend and I went in at 7:40pm and waited 10 minutes to order. The workers saw us and chose to keep working in the back. They seemed to be working on drive through orders, but the lobby customers apparently weren’t on the priority list. We tried to get their attention by saying “excuse me” but no attention was followed to us or the customers behind us. We decided to leave and the customer behind us shouted out “Hey you have customers leaving.” A worker responded “You can’t get mad at us for doing our job.” We almost left, but decided to see how long it would take for the drive through. It took around 1 min 49 seconds to get our order placed and received. As we were leaving we saw that they closed the lobby at 7:56pm on a Tuesday night in Vineyard.

They trick you into paying for an extra most bestest by pretending they don't have any classics pepperoni left. And they refuse to cook anymore. They're most likely pocketing the extra cash. Regardless. They're scamming people. Don't go here.

Got my order completely wrong, and did nothing to fix it. I called literally over 10 times and they never picked up once. I got super sick after eating what they did give me. The employee wasnt wearing gloves. I want my money back. I'm never going to any little Ceasars ever again, and I'm calling the heath department.

If you are expecting a five star review, this is Little Caesar's. Although the cheese pizza did have more cheese on it than I remember from past visits. Disappointed that the Vineyard location does not offer a military discount though.

If you want a reg pep, they trick u into getting and paying for the EMB without your knowledg3 or consent, this little Cesar's is a scam and crooked and dirty. Not to mention one of the kids was itching his sack at the window, nasty place.
Went in before opening. Asked for 5 pizzas. They said they couldn't help. Then as I was walking to the car, the new manager came and said he could accommodate me even if I was a little early. I appreciate the love and help. The pizzas was to feed church members families who've been sick.

This is the BEST Little Ceasers I have ever been to! It's been 6 months and the pizza is consistently crazy good!!! We always get the extra most bestest pepperoni and the ratio of cheese, pepperoni, etc is always on point. Every time we open the box we can see it's going to be great. The staff is always quick. I don't understand the low rating for this location at all because I've never been disappointed with my pizza. Can't say enough good things about the quality of the pizza at this location!!!!

If I could give this place six stars I would. This was the best pizza I've ever had from Little Caesars. Ordered the stuffed crazy bread pepperoni pizza on the app. When we picked it up the person who helped us was so friendly, and the pizza was hot. 6 stars.
