Got a completely wrong order. Nothing correct even got the wrong receipt so had issues getting my order replaced.

I am not one to normally leave a review, but I have never been treated better at a fast food establishment in my entire life. Both Anderson and Lyna were so kind. The food was great and Lyna came over and continued to go above and beyond. I will never go to another Panda Express and I will definitely be coming back. #LOYALTY

Connor is such a nice guy. I come to panda at least once a week and this is the first time I've ever left a review because he was so friendly and personable and the food was amazing. Give that guy a raise, he deserves it

Portions are significantly smaller than other Panda Express locations nearby. The Provo location’s portions are significantly larger.
I loveeee this panda location! The food is great and everyone is so nice! Shoutout to Ginnie 🙏 she’s the best
One of the servers, Ginnie, gave me and a friend a free egg roll and Rangoon when extras were made. The food was great, service was great, and it was just an all around good time. 10/10, would recommend!

Showed up to pick up an order that was paid for and had a pick up time around 11:30a.m.
There was only 2 other people in the store who had already been served.
The young lady asked about my order and said she would get right on it.
She started boxing the order and another customer came in and sat down.
She then quit working on my order and filled his. She then dealt with some lighting maintenance folks who made it clear to her that they had time and she should finish what she was doing before helping them.
She said it was no problem and then spent the next 20 minutes ignoring my open box of partially plated food.
Asleigh (forgive the spelling) noticing the mounting frustration clearly displayed by the angry frown upon my face, jumped in at 11:56 and asked for the name on my order.
She then took all of 45 seconds to bag my order and hand it to me.
I thanked her and asked her to inform her absentee management that the other dark haired gal is who earned this one star review.
I realize to her young eyes I'm just some old man.
Old doesn't automatically bring patience.
This behavior and complete lack of customer service is definitely something that I as a buisness owner would not tolerate.
Management needs to train their employees better as this young ladies behavior is a direct reflection on the management that has failed to give her proper training..
As the owner of a food buisness myself.
I have to say. I would be embarrassed to know that food that had been open on a counter getting cold for 20 minutes plus was actually given to a customer...

They are marked as closing at 10:30 but this is the second time I've n there before 10:00 (about 9:50) and instead of turning off the lights, they just lock the doors and don't answer on the drive thru. The first time I thought it was just an off night. It seems like this is standard. Disappointed.
They people they had serving the food moved quickly and they didn't skimp
Good panda but hours are wrong made us feel guilty about coming in 45 minutes from closing and didn’t have anything we ordered on our mobile order
Ordered online 30 minutrd in advance, got there, order not ready. They were helping walk in clients before completing online order. Ordered bigger plate, all the same, did not get what I ordered
