Why does it take 45 minutes to put together an online order? If I drove up and ordered they wouldn't make me wait that long, so why when I order ahead of time do they? I ordered at 5:15, was told the order would be ready at 5:30, I showed up at 5:36, was told they were "still working on it" and made me wait out front till 6:00. Instead, for the time and money, I'll be going to the Happy Dragon Express 2 minutes down the road.

My wife and I have ordered online pick up here a few times and almost every time itâs been 20-30 minutes late. I understand prioritizing in person orders but for it to be 20-30 minutes late every time is ridiculous. I even go up to the counter after 5 or 10 minutes after our order time and they only say âItâs not ready yet.â No apologies or recognition that itâs late. We ended up leaving this time because we had somewhere to be and did not have all night to wait.

It is a great option for quick food with lots of vegetables. Multiple choices, decent variety, not all carbs, and good prices.
Honestly this location almost never has anything ready to order. Gone a few times with the same thing sadly, and this time they didn't even have orange chicken available. I feel bad but probably going to stick to a different location.

came here yesterday after work because i was hungry and felt like panda, i went inside to order because i also had to use the bathroom. but they helped me out pretty quickly for making a bigger order that was ahead of me, and the customer service was great and the food looked really good and they gave me great portion sizes they have me enough chow mein and the honey sesame chicken. the inside was nice and clean as well, and i will come back if iâm ever hungry after work again. would recommend this one over the one in saratoga where i live any day.
Obviously Panda Express isnât a 5 star restaurant, but this location is a great fast food option. Weâve come here many times in the last couple years and have noticed the quality trending upward in recent visits. Large portions, orders are always accurate, and the carry out is pretty prompt.
In our most recent visit, the lady at the register was extremely kind and offered me and a couple other guys that had been waiting for our orders for a few minutes free drinks for our troubles (when they were still well within a reasonable timeframe). And as always, the food was solid.
Definitely one of the best panda locations Iâve been to.
