Showed up to pick up an order that was paid for and had a pick up time around 11:30a.m. There was only 2 other people in the store who had already been served. The young lady asked about my order and said she would get right on it. She started boxing the order and another customer came in and sat down. She then quit working on my order and filled his. She then dealt with some lighting maintenance folks who made it clear to her that they had time and she should finish what she was doing before helping them. She said it was no problem and then spent the next 20 minutes ignoring my open box of partially plated food. Asleigh (forgive the spelling) noticing the mounting frustration clearly displayed by the angry frown upon my face, jumped in at 11:56 and asked for the name on my order. She then took all of 45 seconds to bag my order and hand it to me. I thanked her and asked her to inform her absentee management that the other dark haired gal is who earned this one star review. I realize to her young eyes I'm just some old man. Old doesn't automatically bring patience. This behavior and complete lack of customer service is definitely something that I as a buisness owner would not tolerate. Management needs to train their employees better as this young ladies behavior is a direct reflection on the management that has failed to give her proper training..
As the owner of a food buisness myself. I have to say. I would be embarrassed to know that food that had been open on a counter getting cold for 20 minutes plus was actually given to a customer...

They are marked as closing at 10:30 but this is the second time I've n there before 10:00 (about 9:50) and instead of turning off the lights, they just lock the doors and don't answer on the drive thru. The first time I thought it was just an off night. It seems like this is standard. Disappointed.

Ordered online 30 minutrd in advance, got there, order not ready. They were helping walk in clients before completing online order. Ordered bigger plate, all the same, did not get what I ordered

Dirtiest panda ever🤮I saw a line cook drop a spatula on the floor then pick it up and put it on the table un-attended. Big shocker when I woke up with food poisoning 🙄. Never eating panda again

Why does it take 45 minutes to put together an online order? If I drove up and ordered they wouldn't make me wait that long, so why when I order ahead of time do they? I ordered at 5:15, was told the order would be ready at 5:30, I showed up at 5:36, was told they were "still working on it" and made me wait out front till 6:00. Instead, for the time and money, I'll be going to the Happy Dragon Express 2 minutes down the road.

My wife and I have ordered online pick up here a few times and almost every time it’s been 20-30 minutes late. I understand prioritizing in person orders but for it to be 20-30 minutes late every time is ridiculous. I even go up to the counter after 5 or 10 minutes after our order time and they only say “It’s not ready yet.” No apologies or recognition that it’s late. We ended up leaving this time because we had somewhere to be and did not have all night to wait.

It is a great option for quick food with lots of vegetables. Multiple choices, decent variety, not all carbs, and good prices.
Honestly this location almost never has anything ready to order. Gone a few times with the same thing sadly, and this time they didn't even have orange chicken available. I feel bad but probably going to stick to a different location.
