Pretty disappointed. Just moved to this area and was given half a venti latte this morning and the service was rude. Not sure why you work there if your not a morning person willing to do your job. Not returning. My latte was hot water. Threw it in the trash.

It is so frustrating when your order is out the window ready but it’s not made right. I asked for one pump of vanilla in my latte and I got it and first the cup wasn’t even full and then I go to take a drink and it taste straight up like vanilla. So frustrating.

Does not close at 930. I went at 845 and it was closed or workers disnt want to work. They were inside cleaning.

Pulled up at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. Says open until 9:30pm. Drive thru lights on. Waited and waited. Nothing. We pulled forward to the window. All dark. We see a young man (employee) leaving with a drink in hand. We asked if they were open. He said, “No, due to staffing issues.”

I feel like they don’t even try to leave a good impression to the customers, I didn’t have the best experience at this location, i just wanted to say that my order was ready and they didn’t call my name to pickup and I had to wait until I felt the order was taking so long. I think they need to be better at this little thing

I went to get a drink and a cake pop after running errands. I was almost home in Salem and I realized they forgot my cake pop so i had to drive back 20 minutes and they refused to compensate me with anything.

Great Starbucks. Super friendly staff as well. For whatever reason though my Frappuccinos always have a coffee taste unless I ask “That doesn’t have coffee in it, right?” when I order. I’m guessing they just use the same blender but for whatever reason there’s no coffee taste unless I ask if there’s no coffee in it. Could just be my mind playing tricks on me… Am I being honest with myself? Wait a second, I think my brain is lying to me. I wonder what other things my brain is lying to me about. I need to see a therapist.

Disable your online ordering if the lobby (which seems to be frequent lately) is closed so people who don’t order ahead and get stuck sitting through the drive through.

While I understand that technology affords us the ability to somewhat limit unnecessary human interaction, the folks at this location go out of their way to ensure the level approaches near-zero by eliminating standard social cues that notify the customer that their transaction is complete, or that their order is ready to pick up. I imagine many an in-store customer return to the counter to check on the status of their order only to find it sitting, cold and unattended, because the barista whispered, under their breath, “*caramel latte*” for nobody but themselves (maybe) to hear.
