While I understand that technology affords us the ability to somewhat limit unnecessary human interaction, the folks at this location go out of their way to ensure the level approaches near-zero by eliminating standard social cues that notify the customer that their transaction is complete, or that their order is ready to pick up. I imagine many an in-store customer return to the counter to check on the status of their order only to find it sitting, cold and unattended, because the barista whispered, under their breath, “*caramel latte*” for nobody but themselves (maybe) to hear.

These girls who work here are the WORST. Every time I come here I have issues with how disrespectful they are. I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 3 minutes before anyone spoke to me and once she did she rudely asked if I needed anything else ? I haven’t even ordered yet?? I then asked for a matcha latte w cold foam with macadamia.. they just gave me regular cold foam and didn’t fill it up all the way either so I paid $10 for something that I can’t even get filled all the way? When I asked the lady to fix it she told me she can’t help me and walked away. I live right by here so it’s convenient for me but now I’d rather go somewhere else because of how AWFUL their service is.

Every single time I come to this location my drink is made differently. And I get the same thing every time so I don't understand how it's different. Every other location I go to makes it correctly so if you're wanting consistency with drinks try other locations.

Good experience here. Staff took a little bit to help me but I don't mind waiting, plus the girl acknowledged me and told me she would help me soon. The drinks I got were made very well and were very tasty, definitely recommend this location.
Went there today (Vineyard location) and realized shortly after driving away from the drive thru that the person at the window decided to select the $3 tip amount for me without my consent. I always tip anyway. Curious how many times this has happened to me or others.
