The line was a little slow this morning but I think that they were down an employee, but they were still moving and still friendly and I was really was craving the Spice, Spice Baby and even though they were out of the pumpkin pie spice syrup they still made it happen with what they had on hand.

I’ve had to come back on three different occasions because my drinks were made incorrectly. Each time, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff seemed dismissive, even talking as if I didn’t understand what I ordered, while I was standing right there. Then they remake it and still get it wrong. There’s also a noticeable lack of friendliness no smiles or greetings when you walk in. The overall vibe feels more like a clique than a team providing customer service. I’d strongly recommend better management oversight and some customer service retraining. Take a drink before you drive off because honestly out of 9 family members 8 had wrong drinks. It’s drinks people …. how are you messing this up?

I ordered a summer splash and they gave me sparkling water and not flat water. I was very disappointed when I got home and realized it. The guy in the drive thru was nice and they gave my dog a pup cup, but those were the only positive things that came out from my trip to this Swig.

A great Swig to visit! Compared to other nearby Swigs, this one usually doesn’t have as long of a line. And it is one of the few locations with a lobby so you can walk in and enjoy your drinks at a table, bench, or on a comfy couch like on a date night! Try their awesome selection of drinks and a sweet treat like a cookie if you haven’t already!

every time i go to this swig my day is always made by my girl katelyn!! today i found out her last day is this Saturday sad to see her go she definitely made a huge difference in my experience if i were to guess why she’s leaving is probably management but other than that i will miss her so dearly if you ever go to this swig before saturday know katelyn will always make it better for you

Its always such a blast walking into the vineyard swig! Everyone welcomes me in. Gets my drink order so quickly. I swear im about to sit down and then they call my name with my drink! You have some great employees at this location! They all need a raise! I wish I knew who took my order lastnight! She had blonde hair! That probably doesnt narrow it down!
