Gave us the wrong drinks in the drive thru, went in to get our order fixed and told the girl working the register. She proceeded to say “ok” and went back to sitting at the register, not fixing anything. All the girls in the back were laughing and not paying any attention to what they were doing. Finally I had to flag down a girl that was working in the back to get my order fixed. I guess that’s what happens when the oldest worker in the store is 18. Absolute terrible management and service. We will be going to fizz in orem from now on.

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR LIGHT ICE, I usually do but forgot the one time I went to this place and it was 70 percent full of ice.
I usually have a great experience at swig but this location is horrible. Not only did i wait 3 minutes for an employee to come take my order but they were bratty about it. Then when i got my drink it wasn’t even all the way filled and it was 3/4 ice not mixed at all. Never coming to this location again

Was the only one in line and it took 5 minutes to get a drink. On the bright side, the gossip that the employees were spilling was pretty intriguing to listen to through the window.

The workers there were not accommodating when they failed to close the front of the store. We told them that we had no car and they denied us service before closing. Unprofessional and rude. Never coming back to this location. I'm a usual regular and now I won't be.

We were in Provo for a soccer tournament and the girls were so excited to try swig as we don't have them in California. My daughter and I ordered online and picked it up in the drive thru which was super convenient. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't my favorite thing. My daughter liked it but I don't think it lived up to the hype. Nice staff though!

I absolutely love swig! I’ve always had a great experience here! The last 2 times I have been to this location specifically have been pretty poor. Both times the person who came out to take my order were super standoffish, and it felt like they wanted to be doing anything else. As soon as I paid they didn’t really say anything and then just went inside. Usually Swig employees have nice, bubbly personalities but these people were extremely rude. I still love swig, but will be taking my business to a different location

This Swig man. Like, I looooooove the Swig. Fricken love it. If I could divorce my wife and marry a Swig instead, I would. Or at the very least, maybe have an open relationship with Swig if my wife gave me permission. And if she said no, I would just get a burner phone and keep Swig as my side piece. But how would that even work? I know the marriage laws in Utah are pretty chill when it comes to teenagers marrying each other or cousin stuff, but could I legally marry an LLC? If my neighbor can be in a relationship with the ChatGPT app on his phone, I don't see how I couldn't marry a corporate office building. Anyways, I digress.
I want to give this Swig a 5 star review, honestly. But they totally pulled the oldest scam in the book on me today!! They got me with the ole' Doo-Doo Swap-a-Roo. So get this, I roll up there the other day to order some pumpkin cookies. One of the teenage girls takes my order, I tap it, and roll on up to the window to collect. But when I get there, the next teenage girl hands me cup of cookies that suspiciously doesn't smell like pumpkin cookies. I have trust issue thanks to my ex-girlfriend (if you're reading this Stacy, I miss you and hope you're happy), so obviously I crack that bad boy open before driving away just to make sure I'm not getting played, what do I find? WHAM, BAM, SCAMMED YA MA'AM! They are just plain as* chocolate chip cookie!! wth man!? So I yell at the young teenage girl, "YO! This aint what I ordered. Where my pumpkin cookies at bruh?" and she's all like "we're sold out so we were just going to give you chocolate chip cookies and hope you didn't notice until you left. Are you going to make us refund your card back or what? Because you and I both know is going to take 5-10 business days till you see your money back so you might as well just choke on these cookies instead."
Anyways, the chocolate chip cookies are pretty good too. So I guess I'm not too upset. I'm going to more later! Still though, if we're going to make this work, Swig and I are going to need couples therapy. #savethecups #marrymeswig #Icanfixher

First of all, the Vineyard location is my favorite place to visit. My Diet Coke and Diet Dr Pepper is always prepared right and those fountain drinks are well taken care of. The sugar cookie is fresh. I used the app as well. Great UI design on the Swig App. Keep up the great work.

Taking the term "Dirty Soda" literally.
Couldn't believe how filthy it was! Dirty rags and spills everywhere, ppl just standing around chatting behind the counter. One of them brought our cup to us, wiped it with a dirty rag and left the rag there on the counter in front of us.

I went inside the vineyard store lobby and when our order was taken we didn’t even get asked if we had a loyalty account, the girl was very stand off ish, and was very distracted and only talked to her co workers. We waited for two 32oz texas tabs over 15 minutes and there was several customers that came in the store after us that got their drinks first. When i went up to the counter to ask if they lost their order they totally ignored us and didn’t even come talk to us. When our drinks finally came out one of the was very dirty and covered in soda. When i asked her to wipe it down she kind of glared and scoffed at us.
