Okay i try REALLY hard to give the benefit of the doubt on things and just ignore when my order is off but…not with this location anymore. The people here are nice, so so nice but the drinks are not it anymore. The last month or so ive been getting their blended drinks and every time its handed to me it’s definitely not blended, like it was made completely wrong or sitting out on the counter for ages. The one i got today was my final straw. Sometimes i feel it depends on who makes the drink so maybe I’ve just gotten unlucky but i don’t think ill be going back for a while.

Quality has gone down significantly in the past 6 months. Flat drinks, incorrect orders, etc. I get with the volume of customers it can be difficult but for what im paying I expect better. And when ive told workers to make it right it doesnt happen.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I have been going to the vineyard location of swig for about a year now since it’s the closest to my home and it is hands down the worst location I’ve been to in Utah county. They consistently offer terrible service with impatient workers, drinks that come out missing different creams, syrups, or purees, sticky cups that haven’t been wiped off, and drink modifications being incorrectly input so your drink is not what you asked for. The most recent issue I’ve had there is they keep forgetting to put the cream in my drink. I would think that it is not that hard to read the label that is printed out with the drink with the modifications, but apparently at this store it IS too hard. I have to take the lid off my drink and check it every single time the last two months because they always forget it. And when I give it back to be fixed they barely put any in and seem inconvenienced. It’s frustrating because I’m paying for my drink and I’m at the point where I’m going to buy coconut coffee creamer and add it to my drink myself at home. At least then I know it’s done right. Just the other day I went with three friends and all four of our drinks were made wrong, one missing syrup, two missing puree, and of course, you guessed it, coconut cream was missing in my drink. I’ve been going to swig for 10 years now and I have had more issues this last year than I have had in the previous 9 years combined. I know all the swig locations are busy and that there’s a high demand here in Utah, I get it. But I just want to trust that my drink will be made right the first time.
I go here often but today I came home and my.cup was filled with Ice to almost the top.i got a 44 oz and barely had any soda
My daughter got a 24 oz ans she got way more. I am pretty upset about it. I took a pic after thinking about it I had already eaten some ice. I dumped it out to get to the bottom of my strawberries and daughter said woah! Thats so much ice. So disappointed since I got this to work and it was done in a couple minutes.

I made a mobile order and I don’t think they even looked at the label to see what I did and didn’t want in the drink… requested no lemon. Had lemon. The syrups were SF and I wanted regular. Definitely SF. Disappointed but have had similar experiences at this location before, which is sad because it’s so convenient to my location.

Saved by the Syrup: How a Dirty Soda Gave me a Reason to Live.
I had given up. Given up on my life. I was wondering when this ridiculous facade would end. I had one hope left: if somebody made me a good soda, I’ll get out of bed the next morning.
I walked into swig, stumbling and tumbling in like a tumble weed looking for something to attach itself to.
Then I saw it. My bubbly beacon. A 5 foot giant of a woman who greeted me with a smile. She was holding a 44 oz dirty Dr Pepper of goodness. Her name was like Kaylee or Bailey or something. Her kindness gave me a feeling of hope. A feeling that life could be good again. A feeling of nostalgic wonderfulness that I hadn’t felt since my Italian grandmother made me sodas as a child. She was the last person to care for me. The last…until now.
I was so enthralled that I forgot how to even order. Luckily they guided me through the process, and talked me into a great cookie too!
When I took a sip of the soda, I saw a future for myself. A future where I could thrive. A future where I could be happy.
Needless to say, I’ll be back!

The lines are usually so long that they have someone walking down the line taking your order. So if you don't have their menu memorized, you have to look it up. Which is totally fine, or would be, if the menu said what is in the drinks. The Revivers don't say what the flavors are on the website, so you're just guessing. Not a big fan and would probably rather go to Fiiz, or preferably Beanys down the road where they have a flip board of the menu on the mobile check-out device for you.

I had a really disappointing experience. The boy who took my order was incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering him just by being there. No greeting, no eye contact, and he rushed me the entire time. Customer service matters, and this was seriously lacking.

Gave us the wrong drinks in the drive thru, went in to get our order fixed and told the girl working the register. She proceeded to say “ok” and went back to sitting at the register, not fixing anything. All the girls in the back were laughing and not paying any attention to what they were doing. Finally I had to flag down a girl that was working in the back to get my order fixed. I guess that’s what happens when the oldest worker in the store is 18. Absolute terrible management and service. We will be going to fizz in orem from now on.

MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR LIGHT ICE, I usually do but forgot the one time I went to this place and it was 70 percent full of ice.
I usually have a great experience at swig but this location is horrible. Not only did i wait 3 minutes for an employee to come take my order but they were bratty about it. Then when i got my drink it wasn’t even all the way filled and it was 3/4 ice not mixed at all. Never coming to this location again

Was the only one in line and it took 5 minutes to get a drink. On the bright side, the gossip that the employees were spilling was pretty intriguing to listen to through the window.

The workers there were not accommodating when they failed to close the front of the store. We told them that we had no car and they denied us service before closing. Unprofessional and rude. Never coming back to this location. I'm a usual regular and now I won't be.
