The food was bland, the place wasn’t clean, and the service was just downright awful. The staff were rude, arrogant, and completely inattentive. No one even bothered to serve water, and when I asked, I was ignored like I didn’t exist.
What made it worse? I was a Platinum member, and they canceled my membership just because they didn’t like me, they will find any weird reasons no discussion. So basically, if they don’t like your face, they can take away what you paid for. That’s a total scam.
The staff act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. No accountability, no professionalism, and definitely no respect for customers.
Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy. And definitely don’t buy their membership — it means nothing if they can cancel it whenever they feel like it. And they would try to delete your bad reviews instead of trying to resolve issues, totally power abusing.

Never had so much trouble getting support from a Top Golf Location. Can’t get ahold of anybody useful to save my life! We were trying to book multiple bays and just trying to coordinate availability and timing, but after 30 minutes of just trying to get through to somebody, we’re no longer interested. Do better.

Suoer fun! Great environment and loved the beautiful mountains with it! I would definently recommend coming here with friends and family. They also have a vip lounge that you can reserve that looks great for parties! This is a place that is worth it.

We had Kelsey as our server and was very disappointed. She was extremely rude to our guests and very unhelpful. Never have had worse service than with this server. Would recommend asking for a different server if you would like to have a good experience at top golf.

Fun date idea or family night out. Different games to play. Service was good. Tator tots were good. The hot chocolate was delicious. Beautiful view. They also have heaters so you stay warm. I do have one complaint kids over q3 are required to give their phone number for an account. Top golf has no business having a minor child's phone number they said they had to have it. No way!

Kenadee was like a golf guru and party host all in one, making sure our drinks were never empty and our laughs never stopped. Need a swing tip? Kenadee’s got you. Want to try the craziest appetizer on the menu? Kenadee’s recommendation was a slam dunk – I mean, a hole-in-one! Her service was faster than a pro’s drive, and she had us feeling like VIPs the whole night.

Kennedy (with two e’s) was amazing. She took pictures of our group and made sure that we had everything we needed. She also helped make our friends feel special as we were there to celebrate their birthdays. She deserves a raise or a reward!! Made our first time here memorable!!!
