What a fun way to eat sushi! The rotating experience gives you the opportunity to try new rolls you may not ordinarily order. Plus, anything you want made fresh you can order off the tablet and it is delivered on the "bullet train" (the items on the conveyor were fresh, but I would recommend ordering hot items off the tablet so they come hot).
All in all, good quality sushi, great selection, perfect service, and reasonably priced. We will definitely go again.

The atmosphere was great. You really felt like you were in a Japanese subway station ordering fresh sushi. Also very refreshing that almost the whole menu is the same price. The sushi was fresh and a large selection of appetizing sushi that you could pick based on how good it looks as it goes by. Now not every roll comes out on the conveyor but it's quick and easy to order what you haven't seen.

LOVE THIS PLACE! It reminds me of my time in Japan. So nostalgic and yummy. Don't be afraid to try the raw fish. It's really good quality for UT. Try the otoro salmon for starters.

There are two things that factor into the taste of food, the first is the price. Food just doesn't sit well in your stomach when you know it hit you right where it hurts most: in your bank account. The second of course is the taste, these two factors are why Tsubame is my favorite sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The price is the best out of any sushi restaurant in Utah, and the taste is very good!

My husband and I have gone here several times. Most of the sushi is fairly plain but they do have a few interesting ones. They also have things like takoyaki and taiyaki which aren't common here in Utah. The price is steep however and there tends to be a good sized waiting list if you come out after 5:30 PM.

I've never seen this type of restaurant before. I love that you can see the food go by to decide if it looks good enough to take. No waiting for food. No waiting to pay. Awesome all around for a quick, healthy, and tasty lunch!
We were there for the first time and thought it would be tasty. But it was terrible and not tasty, some sushi just smelled bad. Our stomach hurts a lot. I do not recommend this place.

I like coming here because of all the sushi options. All plates are the same price, but not all the same portion size. Everything I had was good and seemed fresh. During dinner time (~6pm) there were many options on the rotating sushi belt. During off hours there aren’t as many, but you can still order anything from the menu and they will make it fresh and send it to you.
I gave 4/5 stars because the wall against table was very dirty with food spills and splashes that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

This restaurant has both a traditional sushi bar and special items that can be ordered to your table on an iPad. There are buttons to call servers or request a check, and staff are attentive as they can be! The atmosphere is lively and the decorations make you feel somewhere special. Prices are great, parking is plenty. Would recommend this place to anyone who has never been!
Pro tip: If you’re going at a busy time, be sure to join the online waitlist if there is one! Most days of the week you can be seated immediately, but it has been gaining popularity recently
