Yesterday I ordered through the BK app and chose drive thru pickup like I always do. I drive up to the order speaker and advised the team member that I had an app order. I was told to pull forward to the window, like usual. I arrived at the window and was told that I had to come inside to pick up my food. I told him that I had selected drive thru pickup in the app and showed him the receipt in the app that had it selected. He told me I still had to come inside.
