I went to the drive thru so I didn’t have to go in. I ordered, I waited several minutes, then I was told to drive around to get fresh fries. There were no spaces marked for ‘waiting’ cars, so I went in. They tried to give me the wrong order. Then they realized that they did not have any of my order ready. As slow as they were, you’d think they could get my order done in a timely manner. I saw the guy in the parking lot waiting for the order they friend to give. They had given him the wrong order too.

They hide so as not to attend. We stood in front of the cash register for more than 15 minutes and they ignored us the entire time. It should be noted that they did not have cars in the drive thru.

My Big Fish sandwich was extremely dried out and over cooked. The fish pattie had very little fish. It was mostly hallow breading. What little fish that was there was dry and hard. The breading was almost burnt... inside and out. It was inedible.
I'm very disappointed in BK. Their Big Fish is usually pretty good.

Went to the drive thru the menu board only half worked. The girl at the window said “what’s up!” When j said I wanted to order food she said yea yea I know what do you want!? Needless to say I drive off without ordering food

Service was not great. VERY short staff. Our sandwiches were burnt around the edges, fries were undercooked, and onion rings were hard as a rock! Tried to call but the number was out of service. What a waste of almost $60! Won’t ever go back to the Washington location

I recently had breakfast at Burger King, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and efficient service. The ambiance was clean and welcoming, setting the stage for a great meal. I ordered the Croissan’wich with sausage, egg, and cheese, along with a side of hash browns and a coffee. The Croissan’wich was perfectly cooked—the croissant was flaky and buttery, and the sausage was flavorful without being overly greasy. The coffee was surprisingly good too, rich and smooth, providing the perfect pick-me-up for the morning. Overall, my breakfast at Burger King exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food, combined with excellent service, made for a very favorable breakfast experience. I’ll definitely be returning for more!

I went to this burger king a little after 10 pm tonight since they closed at 11 (Tuesday, June 11, 2024) and they're door was locked and the guy cleaning the floor looked at me but ignored me. Absolutely terrible service.
