Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a salad for pickup on the app. I get home to realize there is no dressing AND NO LETTUCE. This is literally the most important ingredient. I try to complain on the app and all I get is a free drink???? To say I’m annoyed is an understatement
UPDATE: called 1800CHIPOTLE and was able to get a free entree credit to use in the next 30 days ? the only reason I will give this 2 stars

I went to this Chipotle kind of late it was like a last second order and this employee Jackie was very kind and quick to get with us and take our order she was friendly making jokes that had me and my girlfriend laughing and leaving with a very pleasant experience

An average Chipotle... I'd give it a 5 star rating but their receipt machine was broke and they said it has been broke for months. They were able to get a receipt for me but it took almost 10 min.

Burrito was sub par had to wait forever to get our food .

I’d give the service no stars if I could! 10 people in a line and only one person making food and ringing up the customers while 3 other employees sat around and talked. Also, the tables were filthy.
Poor management is my guess

To the gentlemen who was running the tortillas, rice, beans and meat at 12:20 today, please focus on your job. If you’re asking customers what they would like on their food, I would try better to use your ears to listen. I got the wrong rice and the wrong beans and I stood there and watched you make it wrong after you asked, instead you followed what my husband had ordered and did the same for me. If you can’t give people what they want on their food, don’t work in the food industry, if you can’t hear us, ask us to say it again.

A member of our family was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. We're still adjusting to eating out. We had never been to Chipotle but heard they would accommodate for celiac. The girls behind the counter both changed out their gloves once they knew the situation. No questions asked. No judgment. They answered every, "Is there gluten in that? " They were patient & kind. The food was great & the experience was even better! Thank you!

I have never had an issue with this chipotle location. I went in with an open mind, because I saw a lot of the negative reviews online. I have been going consistently for the past several months, and have had ZERO issues. They always greet me, they’re always polite, and I haven’t had an issue with portions. A couple of wet burritos, but it was honestly my fault because of the combinations I was using experimenting with the food. EVEN STILL, it was edible and I enjoyed it. I feel bad for the employees because I can sense they’re under a lot of stress to make sure the customers have a good experience, and I always have. People need to stop being so nitpicky and having buyers remorse from their food orders. The floors and tables have never been dirty when I walk in. The location is super convenient, and the addition of a drive through makes it easy if you just want to grab your food and go.

Very few options for vegetarian choices. No seafood choices. Sauces limited and no good vinegaretts. They do give you a large bowl which is good for the burrito bowl cost

Great quality food & the employees were very professional & polite.

Parking: I was able to park my 33' RV trailer & drive around the lot to exit.

The restaurant is very clean. The staff were friendly and greeted me when I came in. There was friendly conversation and overall when I left, I didn't feel like the staff was inconvenience by my presence. Next time I'm in the area, I will be stopping by again.
