Chipotle Mexican Grill

Placed a mobile order and picked up on 10/15 for dinner. Turns out my food was bad because I’m up the next morning vomiting for the past hour. Absolute joke

best chipotle ever!!! so generous with portions

First off the girl only put like 2 pieces of steak on my bowl so basically no meat and then I find a very long hair in my nacho cheese sauce 😭😭💔

Ordered online yesterday at 9:00pm, showed up at the chipotlane at the time the app told me to which was 9:20pm saw my food through the window sitting on the online order place. didn’t get my food until 9:45… i waited 20 minutes in the chipotlane with my food sitting right there on the pick up spot. I watched as 2-3 workers all made eye contact with me and just turned around as soon as it happened and this kept going on for 20
minutes. i just sat there politely on my phone just waiting and sometimes trying to wave to get the employees attention but as soon as they say me they would turn away. after the 20 minutes a male worker opens the window with a horrible attitude, asks for my name. grabs the only online order which has been sitting there for 20 minutes… and quite literally shoves it at me. i’ve never had a bad experience with chipotle until now and this was so unexpected and just rude.

This Chipotle rations out its bowls like the Germans are flying overhead the employees act like they’re the CEO and one extra grain of rice is coming out of their paycheck

I asked for a bowl and they started out strong on a good amount of rice and beans. And then we get to the protein. They gave me almost no protein, cheese, or lettuce, same with veggies. I paid 11 dollars for some rice and beans.

every Chipotle has the same problem, the workers act like they personally bought the food, rationing like it's the Great depression, I don't know what's wrong with them

Went there at 10:30am right when then opened hoping the food wash fresh. I got a burrito along with chips and salsa. Opened the back to hopefully have fresh chips and there were soft and stale! Didn’t even want to eat them at all. Seemed they were from 2 days ago. Definitely never eating at this location again.

Update 2025.....100 men vs Gorilla...Chipotle wins!!!
Came back again the next summer and this Chipotle is still awesome!! Guac is a little expensive, but at least they give you a big scoop. Solid work Chipotle Amigos, solid work!!

This Chipotle was fire! Employee saw I was reppin’ a KFC hat and hooked me up with awesome portions! Fast food workers taking care of fast food workers! Burrito bowl with Guacamole for the win!

I tried to get some food after work. I looked up when they closed and it said 11:00 pm it was only 10:15 so i went there and tried to go inside and the doors were locked and inside and there was a bunch of teenage workers that just looked at me and didn’t do anything. They shouldn’t have been closed there was still 45 minutes
