I think the kids meal is the best value in fast food right now but I do wish the hamburger was a little warmer. They were also out of custard when we went. 😩

I keep coming back, even when they consistently forget parts of what i paid for. This time it was the apple juice. Last time it was my childs entire corn dog. The time before that, we got regular instead of deluxe burgers. I just don't understand why I pay money and have to double check their work... As if I'm going to remember everything i ordered after a busy day of work and school. Even when i check, i assume it's all there and i keep being wrong. This location seems to fail often when it comes to the drive thru, so make sure you double and TRIPLE check your order thoroughly EACH time you go.

For $13 ($12.92) I got a "Code Dinner" plate. My plate has 2 dark brown/semi burnt fish sticks, 11 small greasy and hard French fries, a dollop of coke slaw, a tiny refrigerated cold roll, a pat of HARD butter, and a discolored wedge of lemon. Nothing was enjoyable, more than half was inedible. I could hear the BLARING food orders from behind the counter speakers. A young fellow that was wiping the tables kept them clean, but no tables had napkins, salt or pepper, nada. For the price and portions given, every bit on my plate should've been terrific! Alas, it all was terrible. You can have a nice dinner at a 3 sit down places within a mile for the same price.

Food was ok, but I have been to others who provide way better food. Got the build your own and added mushrooms for an additional cost. Got like 4 mushrooms on it and had a few onions. The large fry is the size of a medium at best at most other restaurants of similar style. Staff was friendly and food was good. Still feel like other Culver's have provide better food.
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Took quite a while to make it and from the texture of the meat it appeared to be under cooked. However, the dining area was clean and the young people working there seemed to be happy and having fun.

DO NOT do a curb side pickup at this location! Every single time we have done a pickup at this location we have waited 30 min! While we waited all numerous ppl going through the drive though got their food before us. People that showed up well after we did….Completely defeats the point of online order and pickup! Ridiculous!

I’m only giving this review 1 star because the food is amazing every time but the service is absolutely TERRIBLE at this location. the past couple times i’ve placed a pickup order, i have sat for well over 30 minutes each time and every time they either forget something or the order is wrong. do better Culver’s. your food is too good to have such shitty service.
