To start with cashier was very unfriendly. We waited 15 minutes for our food, and when it finally came, the hamburgers were not just not warm, they were literally cold. When I complained, the employee looked at me and rudely said “what do you want me to do about it?” it was definitely not my favorite Culver’s location.

Food taste great, a little bit messy. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, cheese curds and mashed potatoes. I do not recommend the chicken stick to beef and fish. Chicken is very rubbery not appetizing. Try the root beer here it’s amazing. The cheddar cheese is so flavorful.

Food is always awesome! Customer service was great when I went. The inside was clean, bathroom clean. There was good seating. It gets a little confusing where people are standing waiting for their orders to come up and with the lines of people waiting to order their food. You kind of just have to find a place to stand out of the way while waiting for your food. They do seem to bring your food to the table but it seems most people just wait for their food upfront and also if they are not dining in and just carry their food out to go. Ice cream is so great!

i won’t be returning for a long while bc I was handed my shake out the drive through completely melted, i asked them if they could remake it or make it thicker and the manager on shift tonight said no because of the carmel in it, i guess i should have asked them to remake it again with less? idk. i’m usually not the person to complain but being handed a melted concrete mixer that you went for to have thick ice cream was really disappointing.

I would give Culver's five stars because their food is always fresh and yummy BUT I don't feel they should charge for fry sauce when I order fries!!! Or onion rings. They should build it into the price rather than make us feel like they are nickel and diming us for every little thing.
I so wish they had a Culver's in California! The butter burger and the coleslaw, excellent!

Just A Southern Utah Girl
For fast food, this place is awesome. I recommend the roast beef sandwich, butter burger or the chicken feta salad. A few friends say they have the best fish and chips they have ever had. All are delicious. Don’t forget to get your custard when you are there or at least a root beer float. Their thick, creamy custard comes with so many topping options, I am sure you could find one you would love. I recommend going to Culver’s over the Black Bear that is there. That Black Bear sadly doesn’t live up to the name. You will get a much better meal at Culver’s (and faster too). Also, this Culver’s off the Washington exit is WAY BETTER than the one off the Bluff exit. Not only are you getting better food, but you get way better customer service as well. Enjoy Culver’s if you go and I hope you enjoyed this review, thanks for reading.
