Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I don’t believe in giving under 5 star reviews for business giving an honest effort because I know how much a bad review over an honest mistake can hurt a business, so I’m leaving it at 5 stars, but I ordered CupBop on UberEats tonight and I was really let down by the fact I ordered a Pepsi and it was totally left out of the delivery. Not sure if the Uber Driver took it or forgot it either but anyone who enjoys a Pepsi or Coke with their meal knows how annoying it is to have to drink water instead. Also, I hit that I wanted it smothered in sauce and I thought that meant it would have all 3 sauces but it only had the white sauce, no spicy mayo or Teriyaki. I’ll keep ordering her because it’s so bomb but guys please double check to make sure orders with Sodas are not left without a soda…thanks!

I’ve always loved CupBop but when I come in and it takes 31 minutes to get my food (yes I checked the time on the receipt) because the rice was cooking, then I’d expect the workers to at least let you know it might be a wait. All that just to have undercooked rice. Hate that I won’t go back here now.

Cupbop it's self is definitely enjoyable. But this location is very hit or miss. Yesterday our visit was extremely unpleasant. The gentleman working apparently doesn't know customer service is. This is the second time we've been here with him working. Both times he was extremely rude, impatient and filled with attitude. I was personally shocked he was acting the same way a second time. He has zero patience and is very mean to seniors. Our rice seemed to have been sitting for quite a while before it got to us, as it was hard this visit. You may want to consider new employment strategies.

best mandu bowl ive ever had, they were crispy and the dangmyeon noodles and rice were cooked perfectly, the gochujang mayo was delicious as well

The rainbow boy worker is extremely rude, and prissy, has a better than you attitude. they also don't tell you which is which in an online order. Could use improvement. Food is great, staff is bad

Loved this place. The flavors are amazing and good portion size.

A little dirty but the customer service was amazing! it was a gentlemen with a beard in the afternoon.

I love cupbop so much but sadly I was disappointed today 😞 the rice was undercooked and all the tables were filthy. It also took quite a while for being the only order in the building. Staff was nice tho

Quality has gone down so much! Rice was an overcooked congealed blob that was way too hot, almost no cabbage/greens at all, and the beef tasted wet and gamey.

I’ve been here before and it was pretty good. Probably 2 years ago. This time I went and it was not good. We ate two bites and threw it away. It was greasy and not very fresh. 10/10 would not recommend. Sad because I used to really like this place… definitely won’t go again and wouldn’t not recommend eating there.
Hate wasting money on bad food.
