I’ve been here before and it was pretty good. Probably 2 years ago. This time I went and it was not good. We ate two bites and threw it away. It was greasy and not very fresh. 10/10 would not recommend. Sad because I used to really like this place… definitely won’t go again and wouldn’t not recommend eating there.
Hate wasting money on bad food.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Waited 30 minutes for our food with no acknowledgement or apology whatsoever. Customer service was just flat out bad and the bowl came with 8 pieces of chicken. Worst cupbop experience I've ever had honestly.

Under cooked & not very good flavoring of food. Wouldn't recommend. I was excited for this place and left disappointed.

There was one worker named Damien who was amazing and he was super helpful and super kind and he definitely deserves a raise and the food was amazing it was super fast and really delicious definitely recommend and definitely coming back

Really good service and food

I wanted to love this place. But the more I took a bite the more I cry. The rice is not cooked properly. It needs more water and more time in the rice cooker. Rice is very important base of Asian food, any Asian food!! But the rice in my order is sooo undercooked. It’s raw and crunchy 😭😭😭I just can’t eat anymore of it. Please please get the rice cooked properly so we all can enjoy the food. Rice to Asian people like me is kind of like potatoes to Americans. You wouldn’t like eating raw potatoes, undercooked potatoes raw and crunchy. Have the cook and the employees taste the rice before they serve it to customers.
Please get the rice cooked properly, then I’ll comeback and give this place another try.

Pitiful First off Employees yelling a definite turn off, food served warm, overpriced sides as the side of Kimshi is taxed. If this is to give you a a proud Korean authentic food experience it doesn't come close to & quite disappointing. I served 5 years in Korea ate off the carts at the markets & in the streets to some of its finest restaurants from Dongduchong to Daegu In the USA from LA to NYC down to Naples, Florida. Be prepared to add a tip which it wouldn't allow an opt out or leave cash. This is gonna be a flop. Wish you luck though! 2.5 stars on Google Bill K. Hangul nickname med-ah-chi
