It's just a quick pizza pick-up place, but sometimes that's exactly what you need! I appreciate their hot and ready pizzas when we are out running errands and the kids are hungry. This is not a sit-down to eat place. Pick up and run! But for that purpose I highly recommend it.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.
I ordered through the app and I mistakenly ordered from the Washington store instead of my local store in Hurricane. The confirmation popped up in the app with the address and I noticed my mistake immediately. They would not answer their phone. 13 call attempts as my wife drove me past my local store in Hurricane, past papa John’s, where my wife told me to get the pizza from but I thought not driving to Washington for pizza when I can see the store from my house.
When I asked for the manager she (said she was the manager) apologized and blamed it on new employees. There were like 8 people working in the back that I could see as I walked in. It seemed more like they took it off the hook during peak time.
A 5 minute walk to get pizzas, while I had my kids for my weekend, turned into about 50 minutes round trip from hurricane and back. Because lady who said she’d be happy to cancel the order for me would not answer the phone for 40 minutes and 13 call attempts as I tried to cancel it.

Terrible customer service. Answer your phone. My 14 year old is this responsible with her phone.

This is the only Little Cesar’s in town with this bad of service. I usually go to the one by the college and never have a problem. Just look at the pizza puffs…more like deflated pizza puffs. I went home and then realized how bad they were made and went home. They didn’t compensate me, which is odd because most places will compensate you if you have to come back. It’s sad that they put these in the box knowing how terrible they were. I was going to give the manager of piece of my mind but he looked liked he was having a rough day so I just left it alone and took the refund.

Jeez guys! I ordered an extra most bestest pizza and they gave me a regular pizza. Then they didn’t give me my pizza when it was ready. It was in the warmer and someone had to ask if I was waiting for an order and then they looked in the warmer and handed me my pizza. You got the order wrong and made me wait forever to get it!

Worst tasting pizza ever.

Went in there on a Sunday last month at 7:12 the sign on their front door states very clearly that they’re open until 8 pm in big letters there was three kids up in the front the younger one welcomed me in and I asked if they were closed because one just finished mopping and one of the other kids said of course not and then a chunkier kid with glasses who I’m assuming was the manager came out and said with extreme attitude “UMMM YEAHH NO WERE CLOSED
NO MORE ORDERS” which I assumed he was joking until he sat there for two seconds glaring at me so I laughed and left
What horrible service matched with horrible thin grease sopped doughy crust EVERYTIME!
One more thing ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!

God uses this store to teach patient to consumers and teach workers patient and community. Life isn’t fair, things don’t always work out the way we want! But gratitude and patient make things a lot better. God bless ❤️🙏

I went in for hot and ready 4-8pm and I was told it would be 30 minutes. I asked them isn’t this supposed to be a grab and go item and the response was well we don’t have any made. Well that’s false advertising

My sister had ordered pizza for us because we were doing a family thing and needed something quick.
Little did we know me and my daughter would get food poisoning. We were both fine up until we had your pizza. Please make sure that your environment is up to standards… will not be eating here again
