I've gone to this McDonald's for 8 years but only through the drive thru. The big guy that works the first window for breakfast is the best! Professional, kind, and getting the job done.

There has been multiple times i have come by between 9 and 12 pm and have found the drive thru closed off. It's kinda frustrating for a place thats 24 hours an they block off the drive thru an ends up being a wasted trip just too get food.

Stopped by here at 1:30am on our way back from Provo to find the drive through closed. I called and nobody answered. Google says it’s a 24 hour location. If this is not the case, the hours of business should be updated on google.

If I could give the service a 0 star i would but all the employees sucked, unresponsible communication, unstable services and slow response ill never come here again and I want yall to look at other reviews because seems like most of the reviews also been dealing with similar problems un this place the food was good but service was extremely bad on top of that I was seeing the other customers also been waiting and noticing the issues with the employees but I forgot to also add I ask one of the employees of how much is the quarter pounder and she said I dont know like huh??? Mm pretty unresponsible and seems like u carelessly did your training

Went through the drive through and the manager was the one that was helping us. And there was a couple mistakes, and so I just asked for them to be fixed and the manager was so rude, and unhelpful, and didn't even want to fix THEIR mistakes. The manager was absolutely awful, she should not be in management at all. She was more concerned about scrolling on her phone then helping customers.

Relatively clean, but smelled like chemicals? Food was a bit overpriced (but that goes for all McDonalds) there 2 others in the area and I'll have to see and compare.
We’re here visiting for the weekend. I placed my order on the app. I picked it up and brought it back to my family. I found that there were 3 sandwiches missing from a $65 order after I handed everyone their food. I drove back up to McDonalds and told them about the situation. They treated me like I was lying. Saying things like, “I don’t know what you want me to do”. “ Who did you talk to?” “Where’s your proof?”
They were so rude to me. Demanding to see a receipt. Yet when I told them I ordered on the app and I showed them. They didn’t want to look at it.
They wanted to see the bags, my whole order, and the receipt!
Yes, I should have checked before we drove away, but why did they have to treat me like that? I talked to 1 lady at the pay window, she was rude to me. And one lady at the pick up window. Also very rude.
