Out of napkins. Hotcakes got cold before I finally received butter. Chairs an tables were pretty dirty. Tables numbers also filthy... And One napkin, for a big breakfast with hot... Coldcakes... Common man...

Very difficult to get a drink refill. Couldn't get an extra picante sauce. They did not check the front for people who don't use the kiosk.

I’ve gone through this McDonald’s 4 different times hoping for a different outcome but each time the service has just gotten worse and worse. This place constantly misses my food, has bad customer service and compared to other locations has mediocre at best food. Please for all that is holy either restaff or close this location.

Goodluck trying to order if your paying with cash or don't want to use the the kiosk. It took 15 minutes just for 2 sausage mcmuffins! I must of been looked at 6 times by employees before someone finally helped me!

I went to McDonald's today and these were the signs that greeted me. The employees at work actually did a fairly good job considering they were understaffed. There were no large soda cups so you had to order a medium or a small. This location needs some management help.

Lunchtime drive thru employee at window had attitude when picking up food… was horrible. Slammed the window shut. Incredibly rude and short tempered about incorrect order. No customer service skills at all… she should never have any interaction with customers if she can’t act professionally. Don’t remember her name but had a nose piercing. She should be flipping burgers if she doesn’t know how to talk to customers.
