Disgusting and overpriced garbage. I took my kids to McDonald's a few times a month 20 years ago. Now I pass by them like they don't exist. The buns taste like a blended Styrofoam mix and the meat seems to compete with the chewy other ingredients for what to spit out first. I used to survive on the dollar cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches when times were tough. If that was my only option now, I would treat it like a diet plan, and eat nothing. They won't change, they charge too much, they support un-American everything. I'm done.

I walked in The front lobby this Morning and I noticed the front lobby look like some restaurant in Tijuana. The floors were filthy. It look like they didn’t clean up from last night dirt all over the floors, old french fries it was disgusting. Poor management do not eat here.

The rate of mistaken orders/ missing items is absolutely outrageous. Customer service is non-existent. I'm disgusted by the overall quality. This is what you get at a zero-to-low contact restaurant.

Worst McDonald for customer service. Ordered and no hi, no welcome, nothing. The boy taking our order seemed so put out to be taking our order as well as the car next to us. Paid at the first window(this boy was happier)and at the second window the girl just put the bag out without looking at us or saying a word. Didn’t ask if we needed anything or gave us a chance to ask for anything. As soon as we took our food she closed the window. Pretty ridiculous this is how this store allows their employees to treat their customers.

The food is good. But one of the employees whom we mainly see in the drive through, Kody R. Makes this McDonald’s so much more enjoyable. He’s always so genuine and caring. And appears to always be in a very good mood!
This McDonald's is absolutely horrible, if I could give it zero stars I would. After being asked what my order was we only received half our order with no fries. However they didnt give me a receipt so I couldn't get the rest of my order once we noticed. Had to tell the guy that indeed a drink does come with Happy Meal after he snapped it didn't and my drink was had old sticky syrup around the edge. Seriously, the owners need to take control of their store because their staff sucks. It always wasn't like this.

Everybody looks at me and looks away like they hope to avoid me… I wait for ten minutes or longer before finally someone helps me. And my food has been waiting around the corner the entire time, and it’s been sitting there for how long now before I even arrived? This place feels gross

Workers suck they don’t prepare the orders right I asked for a Big Mac and it had no sauce what so ever !! I asked for an apple pie payed for it and comes out they didn’t have any didn’t even have any other sauces. They took over 20 mins prepare the food because all they were doing is talking until I said something. Never again coming back while traveling .

This McDonald's absolutely sucks! Food was disgusting! The only thing they got right way the chocolate chip cookies that tasted like straight up plastic. Food was incredible. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Fries were soggy, cold and half empty. Ordered two snack wraps with literally old stale tortillas that were falling apart and the smallest tiniest little pieces of chicken that were hard and chewy. Filled the tortilla with sauce to cover the taste of the old crumbly tortillas. Got chicken nuggets for my toddler that were so hard that she literally couldn't bite into them despite having all of her teeth... Little black burnt specks all over chicken nuggets like they haven't cleaned thirty deep fryer. Asked for ranch for the nuggets, got fake honey corn syrup sauce. Got two large drinks with no straws. Waited over 15 minutes for my order. Straight up DISGUSTING food. It's like they intentionally messed up this order. I paid 30$ for food we didn't eat. This McDonald's should seriously get shut down. SERIOUSLY, so many bad reviews about terrible food here, they don't care at all about their quality or customers. I will be contacting corporate after seeing the reviews. They 💯 need to be shut down.
