Popped in for coffee, soda and ice cream. Despite ordering via the digital order screen and inputting the number for table delivery, I had to collect from counter after order number shouted out. Order initially missing the soda, but after several attempts via 2 staff members, this was corrected. Dissapointing service from McDonald's!

Little "service" at this slow-slow food McD. Looks like mgmt has impressed upon staff that no one is allowed to take inside customers' orders except a specific person, who was in the "can" when we arrived - fry guy had to go get her. She took our order but was very unattentive and, of course, got our order wrong. Then, when finally delivered, the extra sandwich she ordered was missing as well as the OJ. (BTW worst OJ I've ever had!) WILL NOT BE BACK.

i ordered chicken nuggets, fries and smoothie. fries where fresh but my chicken nuggets where dry and tasted very bad like they where left to dry for a long time. smoothie was good but they just made me wait like 10 minutes for it

Maybe it's just me, but I would rather have school kids taking my order, and asking me how is my day going, then messing with stupid machine. Diced onion???? Was all over my car, disgusting. What's next thing in line for saving you money? We gonna put together our order???? Very disappointed ,

Drive through service is terrible and bad attitude here. First McDonald’s you have to park and wait. They have 3 drive through windows and there too slow make you park. Seems very unmanageable.

This location (out of the 4 states I travel) is always The worst. Wait times are 10+ minutes, even if ordered online, Customer Service is non existent and food is below McDonald's standards (which isn't much) BUT ketchup on the OUTSIDE of the burger and no salt on the fries is not what I ordered.

Wow...hey Parrish family! Do yall even know how to run a food business or do you just think it'll run itself? Let me guess you are doctors or lawyers who thought only about making money and having your name on a building! You did no actual work or research?? No one spoke English, took my order wrong, was missing half my food, wrong drinks and to top it off I was given attitude for asking for it to be fixed. Oh but I do know enough kitchen Spanish to know when someone says piche gringo! You also had 4 others there, while I was waiting, complaining about wrong items too!
You should stop playing golf at Entrada and actually fix your stuff
I'm voting you for worst McDonald's in the Western US!
I really like the help they offer us to the Hispanic community because we don't know
