So confused by this place. I ordered pizzas asking specifically for no onions and sure enough they put onions on it I’m allergic so I can’t eat it and that’s not even the strange part… they didn’t even cut the pizzas… at all. It’s not like they were busy we gave them ample time from when we ordered to when we arrived and we were the only people there. Genuinely at a loss for words.

Would have given the place 4 stars, but one of the pizzas we ordered was not correct and we did not notice until getting back to the house. I called immediately to ask for a replacement pizza, after getting through all the AI ordering non-sense and speaking to an actual shift manager, they claimed it was my error and not theirs and would not offer to replace the wrong pizza. So decent food, terrible customer service!

Fast, easy, nice staff.

We ate here while on vacation and the service was great. When we ordered pizza next at home, my app defaulted to this location and I didn't realize. Luckily we were able to reach out by phone and they helped us resolve the situation. Will eat here again when we are in the area.

Truely the best and friendliest customer service i have ever received! Bruce and Joey are in the kitchen taking names and jamming out pizzas!

A misunderstood my order and when I discovered there was something wrong they not only immediately remade the order correctly, discounted the cost. And all with a big smile in Good Nature apology. What a great attitude I went back specifically because they deserve my business.

We've really enjoyed Papa john's over the years. I ordered the papa pairings through the app, get 2 or more things for 6.99 each.. well the wings used to be 8 piece and they switched it to 6. The problem is it doesn't say anywhere how many wings are coming with it. Also it's pretty comical that you can't even order a 6 piece on the regular menu. The final thing is, I tried the plain bread sticks for the first time. Wow!!! ? How the hell have these stayed on the menu? The most boring, plain, dry piece of bread ever. 2 of them finished the marinara sauce as well... I think we're going to choose a new pizza place from now on.

We came into this papa John’s from out of town, we had no idea what to order. The person taking our order was kind and patient while we looked over the menu. I didn’t feel rushed which always makes for a better experience. I would highly recommend visiting this papa John’s.
