Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Been here a couple times and it’s been great. However, that’s not how tonight went. Server/bartender Liz ( I believe) was absent most of the meal. Food took 40 mins and when it came out both burgers were cold. Server spent her time flirting and talking with a guy at the bar. Crappy anniversary dinner.

Took the family for lunch. The food was cold and not nearly worth the price. Sent portions back to be remade but still came back cold. Server was absent during all this, had to keep asking for our server to return. Dishes left on table the entire meal. Bad experience, Red Robin is certainly not what it used to be. Poor food quality, poor service = poor management. We will not return.

Good food and good service. Always a favorite place to eat.

Our server named Star was on top of her game. Very friendly, checked on us often but not too much and happy and smiling. The food was good and nice location to the freeway.

Update: will probably not eat here again, we went for my wife and kiddos b-day, and it was pretty bad. My madlove burger that I used to love was covered in a giant chunk of burnt cheese, they forgot the jalapeno relish and it had one slice of bacon, not candied at all. My wife got the southern burger and again they didn't put candied bacon on it, and they forgot the bbq sauce. It was covered in mayo on both buns instead. The meat was also so salty. The kiddo enjoyed his mandarin oranges, but his chocolate milk was coco powder in cold milk, obviously it didn't mix and was just gross. They are also extremely stingy on their speckled lemonade. Then the price for just the three of us with tip was $60. I would much rather eat somewhere else. It's sad because as my previous review says they used to be decent.

Old review: Decent burger joint. I like the speckled lemonade, but once you finish the first glass the refills don't come with very many, if any, strawberries. Their finest burgers are pretty good, try the madlove burger! My wife got one of the gormet burgers, the western i think, and it was sad. It used to be huge and covered in bbq sauce, but now it looked like something you would get at a cheap cafe for half of the price.

Me and my family had an amazing night at Red Robin!! The food was delicious, our lovely server was Star and she shined bright!! Our food was delivered fast and hot, definitely coming back!

Could not tell you if the food was good or bad, because after waiting almost an hour and watching everyone that got there after us get their food we were informed our order never got put in the system. Didn't offer anything but "I'm sorry".

A great burger restaurant with great menu selections along with a good selection of beer. On our last visit they were hosting a fund raiser for a local family, it's great that they get involved with the community.
