Well, my wife and I had not been to Red Robin in a number of years, so because she wanted a burger we chose it for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly young host and were escorted to the bar area as a means of throwing some business to a server who was having trouble having enough tables to serve. We were asked to produce ID because of the new DUI law in Utah, but we weren't interested in sitting in the bar area to begin with. We declined because my wife had left her ID out in the car and we didn't intend to drink alcohol anyway. The host gave a bit of a smirk and shrug but got us seated in the main area. After that initial bit of drama we both started to observe how slippery and greasy the tile floors were. After having retired from the food service industry, it was clear to me that the concentration of airborne grease that accumulates in restaurants was probably not being picked up by the exhaust systems very well, or that there was something missing in their floor cleaning procedures. Most likely, my experience told me that they probably were not attending to their filter cleaning procedures on their hood filters. I observed at that point the newly seated patrons next to us had actually commented on the slippery floor in the hallway leading out of the restrooms out loud to their server. Next, we looked around at the dated wall art, the TGI Fridays look to the cluttered walls and the horrible dark blue paint on the walls, as well as some cutesy word bubbles in the back corner that looked out of place and didn't bring proper context. Like there was some piece of wall art missing in relationship to the word bubbles. Weird. Our server did a great job of taking care of us from a service perspective, but everything else was forgettable. The most forgettable aspect was the 25 to 30-year-old concept of the menu, including this idea that you can just keep pumping out frozen fries with seasoning salt on them as a bottomless option. Very strange. Who needs that many french fries for any reason, especially over-seasoned frozen steak fries. Yuck. I cannot imagine very many repeat customers in this sparsely populated dining area coming in to binge on poorly prepared seasoned fries because of their all you can eat quality. I thought we got rid of greasy spoon truck driver truck stop establishments long ago. I also remarked to the remarkably good server that it looked as if they were riding out the last of their scheduled time before a major renovation were to occur. It was obvious to us that this establishment could close for 12 months and reopen with a new exciting menu, some decor that works and some retraining of certain staff, most especially custodial staff. We most likely won't return.

I had a luscious mushroom burger. Sometimes I have to look for the mushrooms at other restaurants. This juicy burger was overflowing with mushrooms. At least a 4 napkin delicious burger. Fries were so-so. About 10 steak fries. Personality plus waitress in the bar area.

My family has eaten here a handful of times since moving down here last year. Every time we have been in Matthew the managing partner is amazing. He does a great job saying hi to patrons and helps the staff out if they are short handed or need help. Every server we have had has been amazing and always cute with our daughter. The food is consistently great and the endless fries always arrive fresh and hot! Definitely one of the best Red Robin’s in the state of Utah.

We ordered the Yum Meal, with endless sides. They were right on top of keeping our food replenished. We were so full when we left.

I came looking for a burger something quick and in a good price and I found everything I wanted
at the end I decided not to get a burger although they look delicious I got the fish and chips and Although is the priciest fish and chips I've ever got in a regular venue they were worth it... the breading was perfect the frying was in the right cooking and the fryes were superb
all these with coleslaw and that delicious tartar sauce... it was a perfect meal but the most amazing thing is the attention from that nice lady that helped with me I cannot remember her name but she really made me feel so comfortable
and one thing I noticed is that I order the food and didn't took more than 2 minutes to be in my table,
that's an amazing feat! I can tell that this restaurant is running a really good team and they are really good at what they do...
the coffee was really good and I recommend everybody the strawberry lemonade it's a really enjoyable experience for a casual dining experience, and still very friendly to my wallet I guess for two people dining well and even with a little dessert probably 40 bucks I didn't have a problem living 20% of the tip
I certainly recommend this place and I will myself come back soon...thank you guys!
excellent job...delicious food...
see you soon!

Waited for 15+ minutes at the bar, 10 minutes after I sat down, 2 other guys sat down. The bartender totally ignored me and went straight to the other patrons. Worst service from any Red Robin I have ever been in. Last time I was here the service and food were excellent, left without ordering today.

Used to be great and the foods always good, but the last couple of times I’ve he waits been insane. We just left without getting seated because we had already waited longer than told and were just watching orders sitting on the heat lamp with runners getting called for over and over. The last time we never got refills, our order took forever and we had to cancel a togo order because of how long it was already taking. Not sure what changed but the dinner shift is struggling

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. The last few times we have had meals here the service was lacking in all departments. Employees that don't care managers who would yell at employees so load that the customers could hear it. Food made wrong with no attempt to fix it by employees or managers. Then to top it off the last few times we have attempted to go when we get there we are told for 2 people that there is a 45 minute to hour wait for a table. The worst one just recently we were told an hour to an hour and fifteen minute wait for 2 people. On top of all that the restaurant seems to have bipolar hours as several nights when we have attempted to go. They are closed but hours at the restaurant and online say something different. Do bettee

The food is always good here, staff is always pleasant, restaurant is clean, but like a lot of places in the last year (post-covid), it's a long wait to be seated (50-55 minutes), they will not take reservations. The location in St. George has been short staffed in the past, so sometimes they will close earlier than the established closing time and you have no way of knowing; you will just get turned away when you show up. Call ahead & ask. Nice bar inside with TV’s.
