We love the pizza and salad.
love this place!
I hate writing reviews, but I’m honestly so confused why there are so many 5 star reviews. This was our 3rd time going here. I’ve always felt that Rigatti’s is “good,” not amazing, but good! Like maybe this will be the time that I am blown away like everyone else! But after this last visit I don’t think I’ll be back. We got the caprese pizza and the crust was paper thin and slimy… But the temp was lukewarm, so our slightly warmed cheese and the other toppings just slid off. We had two pizzas so I have a feeling this pizza sat for a bit while out other pizza cooked and before they called my name. The restaurant wasn’t very clean, the tables were in disarray and there were a few flies inside (which is understandable since they have indoor and outdoor eating, so I don’t hold that against them) but altogether the vibe just didn’t feel clean.
There were quite a few employees there but I didn’t get the sense they cared too much about the lobby/seating area/customers as they were all behind in the prep area and talking, and they weren’t busy either.
Like I said, I don’t love writing reviews because this may have been a one off situation but I will say, for anyone who hasn’t tried it yet… if you’re looking for an “amazing” place to go in the area, I don’t know if this is the spot. 3 times of meh experiences and either I’m just really unlucky or the majority of meh people haven’t taken the time to share.
First time in St George and found this gem of a pizza place. Wonderful wood fired pizza with a sauce that tasted homemade. Staff was courteous and we enjoyed our meal. If we are ever in St George again, we will definitely come back
Come from Las Vegas to eat here
Consistently great wood fired pizza!
Awesome food and good service.
The Margarita pizza was an excellent choice. We added Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, pepper, and salt, which elevated its already great flavor. The crust had a perfect balance—crisp yet soft and incredibly light, making this a delightful, non-heavy pizza. The Islander pizza was tasty but could be phenomenal with slight adjustments. A bit more pineapple and ham (maybe an extra ounce) and a more noticeable BBQ drizzle would enhance the flavor. The crust was a little floppy, likely due to the fresh pineapple, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The light, flavorful crust pairs perfectly with dipping sauces like ranch—just know the 4 oz. cup for $1 is worth it. We also tried the large "Vampire Killer" (available until 10/31, known as "The Carnivore" the rest of the year). Although it cooled down during the trip home, it was still incredibly tasty. The robust sauce, crunchy yet soft crust, and generous toppings were a treat. Next time, I’ll definitely add extra mushrooms. The 4 oz. sides of ranch and Alfredo were the perfect complements, making this pizza experience even more enjoyable.
Excellent pizza. The Carnivore and Islander pizzas were devoured by my group. We also ordered a Gluten Free Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. Came to our table uncooked. It was still cold. I took it back and they finished cooking it and delivered it to my table. It was very good! I loved it.
Dietary restrictions: GF pizza was reasonably safe. Some cross contamination, but minimal.
Kid-friendliness: They have a large second floor with lots of tables for groups of any size.

Tonight I had my first and last Riggattis pizza. They skimped out on ingredients and straight up didn't have enough cheese. When Id pick up a slice of pizza it would completely fold over on itself. The other obnoxious thing was whoever cut the pizza didn't cut all the way through it. So I had to get out my pizza cutter and do it myself. Next time I'll make Tombstone... Tombstone is cheaper and just as poor in quality.

Great pizza, great ranch, the flavor was killer.
A bit pricey for how thin the pizzas are, but overall with the trip to get it.

This was a good wood fired pizza. The team did a great job. I had placed an online order online and unbeknownst to me that had been shut down for the day.
I walked in and the young man I spoke with at first couldn't find my order. Showed him my order number and the light quickly turned on. Ahh yes I was just about to call. He explained the reason for on line being turned off. No biggie I get it when business is that busy.
The young man was awesome. He said we have the order and can still get you fixed up. A minute later he comes back and advises they are out of large pizzas (Didn't understand how that could happen) but offered to substitute two mediums in its place.
Not much thought for me there. I was agreeable got my pizzas went back to the hotel and feasted. The pizza was cooked perfect to my liking and the topping were plenty, crisp and fresh.
The next time I am in town on business this is going to be a must visit. I have also made sure that everybody at the facility I was visiting knew this story I hopes it prompts a visit.
Great customer service is what I expect from the facilities I visit when on business trips and this place definitely took care of that.
Thanks
