i had a cheeseburger here last night and i got food poisoning from that, i was throwing up on and off for 7 hours last night and couldn’t even sleep for a full hour without having to get up to vomit. still recovering and had to miss school and work. slushie was good tho.

The night staff is very rude. They treated my wife so disrespectfully. A larger guy with long hair was very rude because we only had apple pay. We didn’t know they only took card so we pulled up to the window and made us feel very dumb about it and was very rude.

The lady that brought my order out was very friendly n nice she remade my shake because my puppy spilled my first one on me. Thank you to her. I didn't get her name, though, but their shakes are very good
The assistant manager was completely rude to the point we just left instead of ordering. I normally love sonics slush but not when the manager just absolutely rude and sighing and rolling his eyes

Absolutely horrible, employees not only forgot my burger but when I had to come around and ask them for it they asked me for a receipt as if I didn’t just come around. Not only that but tried to claim I never ordered a burger. I ordered a #2 and got both the tots and drink, last I checked that comes with a burger. So after all of this they get me my burger and it’s not only the wrong one but significantly smaller. Horrible experience and your manager needs better customer service training.

I'm sorry, but 20 plus mins for an order in the drive thru!! There was no one in the stalls and only 3 cars ahead of me. I just cant justify this place anymore which is sad bc my kids love it. 😞
