First they had barely any bread available. Then she tried to give me moldy bread and it was very obvious but she did not throw it out she put it back and later tryed to give it to another costumer she also made the comment of they probably all look like that it’s weat breed and I told her no that’s mold then continue to use the same knife to cut the bread after she agreed to give me a new one the staff was very slow a d disrespectful

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but after my past 3 experiences I feel management needs to do better. Everytime I go in they are out of multiple toppings and heavily understaffed. The employees have not been trained how to multitask and they are not given the resources to quickly get customers out the door. Whoever is tasked with ordering produce and prepping said food is doing a bad job. There is no reason for multiple toppings to be out completely and it is not the poor employees fault! This is all on management. I will be back and will leave a follow up review based on my next experience. Do better management you are not equipping your employees with proper knowledge or equipment to efficiently and properly do their jobs.. Very disappointing.

Wow, Great service. Clean place with friendly staff. I watched the staff member make my two Club Sandwiches to perfection. He placed every slice of cheese and meats on my rosemary Parmesan bread Perfectly. Wish all took this great care to make a perfect sub for their customers.

Holiday hours said they're closing early and I needed 13 sandwich. The 2 working said not a problem, with a smile too. They worked together and had me out the door in 20 min. Awesome service!

Just asked for more onions as the lettuce was browning, and was informed I had enough, so apparently this location limits you to how much you can add, no offer for more with a cost or anything, I understand that there are policies in place to limit, but having 3 employees say you can't have any more is quite rude. I will not return to this location and will be sending in a complaint to Subways corporate team, asking for a more thoughtful and thorough training on how to politely inform guests of policies and what could have been an upsale and an inviting experience was instead turned into a horrible one.
Please learn and never repeat.

When we got our order that we had pledged and opened our sandwiches we had asked for spinach on our sandwiches four leaf of spinach and no Mayo. The sandwich ended up being more bread than anything else. You could barely taste the meat on it as well when you order a sandwich. You don't just want bread
There were only 2 staff members, one slicing meat and moving bread around and the other making sandwiches and cashing customers out. There were 2 people ahead of us, each ordering 1 sandwich. We waited in line at least 30 minutes. The people behind us gave up and left. Slow service, complaining about having to put gloves back on etc... would not come back

My friend got a "salad" from this scrubway and it was a wilted, nasty, soggy soup looking half filled bowl of what appeared to be sandwich lettuce bits left over from the night before.
I have a picture of it, but am not able to attach it to this review for some reason. I have personally been sidelined for a couple days by the location on Sunset due to some terrible toxins in a sando I ate a while back, so this confirms the sketchy practices and "food" sources provided by this garbage sub chain.
Steer clear of these shiz shops is the caring advice I offer.

The man who serves has a very aggressive attitude towards customers. Little patience. I ordered a sandwich that ended up adding whatever he wanted. Really lousy. Very regretful of eating at that place.
