Burger Kings food over the last year or so has gotten way better, but the time of service is horrendous. I’m trying to get something quick and go and end having to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for anything

i ordered a royal crispy chicken sandwich and i made it spicy, they drenched it in this oil stuff and it made the buns so soggy and it made a big mess all over me they put so much of the oil seasoning it was leaking everywhere. i asked for a refund and the manger was being so rude about it and she seemed so irritated. it took her so long to give me a refund.

Have been in lime for 20 minutes. It's 2:00 on a Monday. I have already watched 3 people leave from behind me. I am not sure what's happening. They took my payment and here I sit. Sandwiches and bags of food are sitting there ready.

Good fairly for it's a franchise chain consistent combo meals a better deal to increase size our price goes up with next size up air conditioning in dining area quite clean restrooms w/ handicap are in convenient store side plenty parking w/ handicap

This review is 100% directed towards the manager when I came in. The employee who was helping me made a great looking sundae as part of the promotion for “How to train your Dragon” Sadly though the manager grabbed that sundae out of her hand and said it was too much ice cream. The manager then threw that sundae in the trash while still berating the employee. The manager then made this sad excuse of a sundae and basically tossed it my way. Needless to say it was a bad experience and I will be contacting Burger King corporate because the experience was horrendous.
