Have been in lime for 20 minutes. It's 2:00 on a Monday. I have already watched 3 people leave from behind me. I am not sure what's happening. They took my payment and here I sit. Sandwiches and bags of food are sitting there ready.

Good fairly for it's a franchise chain consistent combo meals a better deal to increase size our price goes up with next size up air conditioning in dining area quite clean restrooms w/ handicap are in convenient store side plenty parking w/ handicap

This review is 100% directed towards the manager when I came in. The employee who was helping me made a great looking sundae as part of the promotion for âHow to train your Dragonâ Sadly though the manager grabbed that sundae out of her hand and said it was too much ice cream. The manager then threw that sundae in the trash while still berating the employee. The manager then made this sad excuse of a sundae and basically tossed it my way. Needless to say it was a bad experience and I will be contacting Burger King corporate because the experience was horrendous.

Pulled in and ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. There was only one person in front of me, waited for 5 minutes at the drivethru window before someone came to the window. Asked if I had ordered two hamburgers without any toppings or sauces. I said no, I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. The girl who I am sure took my original order said that I did not order anything, asked me if it was an online order, I said no, I literally just placed the order thru your drivethru. Told me she didn't have record of my order. I don't have a lot of places to go to lunch around me and this is the closest but everytime I go here I am dissapointed. Wasted my lunch break to get no food whatsoever. I had to leave and get back to work, I don't have time to place an order twice and not get my food again. Horrible customer service, so much for fast food. Worst fast food restaurant I have ever been through. I will drive another 15 minutes out of my way and waste more of my lunch break to avoid this place. Close your doors case your just wasting people's time here. I have written 3 reviews on restaurants in my ENTIRE life and this was one of them because it was so deserving. Thanks for wasting my time and sending me back to work hungry. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BE SHRUGGED AT WHEN THEY SAY YOU DIDN'T PLACE AN ORDER.

Gave this place a few tries after moving close by. Will never go back. They have never gotten our order correct. They do not listen if you ask to remove anything. They add pickles and mustard to burgers that arenât even supposed to have them based on the menu. They act annoyed youâre there and youâll wait 10 minutes per car in line.
This place is a joke and I don't know how they are in business. Almost every time i come here they get my order wrong and come up short on the items I ordered. Customer service 0 out of 10. The service is so slow. 10 minutes in the drive through? ... its a fast food place!

It's not the prettiest BK looking at it from outside but the food is delicious and the location is convenient. Can get a little slow when business is slow but the food was still well prepared.

Cashier was slow hashbrowns were burnt we were I. Lune for 17 minutes total waiting. Asked for cream and sugar they were outnhad to use the stuff on the gas station side. Very dirty inside. Water on one side of a station food laying in it. By the fry station dirty paper towels on the floor. It was bad all the way round.

Every time I could to this location they mess up my food just left there asked for no tomatoes and my sandwiches they even marked no tomatoes and still put them on thatâs a little ridiculous
