El Sabor De Todo Un Poko

Oh my goodness! The owner/ chef is so personable and passionate about his culinary love. We had the quesabirria. After explaining what it was to us, we gave it a go and watched him and his daughter grill up possibly the best meal we've had on our 11 day vacation. The cheese is real, and melted like a deep dish pizza, the meat dissolves like butter. The AuJu is unlike anything I've had, but every clandestine flavor is simmered into it and it feels like a culinary masterpiece on your palette. Do yourself a favor and give this place a go. We came back for seconds it was so good.

The best food we have ever had. I usually can't eat a lot of Mexican food due to the spice. This was beyond delicious and not spicy at all. Very flavourful. Went back for seconds. Would recommend.

While traveling, I unexpectedly came across this Mexican food truck, and the food was absolutely amazing—it completely blew me away! The owner was also incredibly friendly. This is definitely a place everyone should come and try!

My husband and I loved their food. We ordered their quesabirria and their Birria burrito and it was amazing. While we waited they let us try the Cochinita (I think that’s what is was called) and that was my favorite. We will be making the drive out from salt lake because it was so good.

This is the best restaurant in Wendover, hands down. It's likely also the smallest, I think. My husband and I go once or twice a week, and everything we've had here is stellar, every time. The father daughter duo who run it are so incredibly friendly, and you can tell that they are passionate about providing delicious food and top notch service to their customer base. Gotta keep an eye out for their specials, but I've never had better birria anywhere else. Could not recommend this place highly enough!
