Ruben's is small and easy to miss—but trust me, that'll be your loss! Rubens baked my retirement cake, and let me tell you, it was the best cake I've ever tasted. And believe me, I've had my fair share of cakes in my life (no judgment, please!). Every bite was pure joy, and my guests are still raving about it. If you haven't tried Rubens' cakes yet, you're seriously missing out. Run, don't walk!

Just stopped in to Ruben's on our way back to Salt Lake. The chocolate chips cookie was delicious. The owner was very friendly. He even gave us a sample of just baked rolled bread. So delicious!

Absolutely delicious bakery! Tried 3 pastries between two of us and ate them in seconds- SO GOOD! Maybe the best cookie, turnover, cake tops ever! We plan to be back as often as possible during our short work trip. Hope to try every item while here in town! Owner was very kind and prices were incredibly low.
