I hadn't eaten Subway in quite a while and since I was out on a quick trip, it seemed the logical place to try. Unfortunately, I broke my Subway fast at the wrong Subway store. While it didn't get me sick, it was warmer then it should have been, and it just lacked that taste it should have had. Definitely could have been done immensely better. The gentleman was very nice, I don't want to exclude that information, but when you're there for food, niceness only goes so far.

This is my worst experience with this subway store! I had ordered my food online and when I reach over there , no one was in the store and I didn’t receive my food and my money is also deducted from my account. I call 4 5 times to this store and after 2 days the manager said that you can come anytime and we can make for you again but when I reached there today they said I can’t make it and I can’t give refund! Such a bad manager with zero experience with handling the customer

Ordered doordash here one time, they don't have the soft drinks on the menu but just let your dasher know what drink you want after picking milk. They didn't heat my sub or cut it, strictly breakfast orders for the am but other enterprises got breakfast subs midday

Not worth the money. I asked for the Italian herb bread and got white. I ordered a subway club and only got half the meat and had to ask for the double cheese that the sandwich comes with. The lady wasn’t rude but she looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there.

First this establishment only has wheat or white bread, nothing else. Then the girl making my sandwich acts like it puts her out to get spinach from the back for my order. Then, the establishment can’t even honor my coupon because they say their scanner is broken. I’ll never come back to this place again.

There is a worker named Dania, looks like a middle schooler who gave the WORST costumer service. I asked for a specific meat and gave me the opposite. I corrected her and she gave me horrible attitude. She was touching her hair and her phone while doing my food. She charged me wrong and I also had to correct her. Once again she gave me attitude after correcting her. In my opinion she should be FIRED and taught a lesson. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this subway. The chicken teriyaki meat tasted rotten due to the worker touching her hair and phone. Once again DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also I tried to get hold of supervisor and did not get a response.

I wanted a wrap. No wraps available. Ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. Bread was dry and not a hint of teriyaki flavor on the chicken. Finished with a cookie which was not fresh and very dry. But I at least was fed which I was very thankful for. Won’t return. Too bad. Fresh bread, fresh seasonings and fresh cookies make a difference. Thank you. Traveling back to California.

Poor customer service with inattentive employees. Stated no cheese and she threw on whatever cheese she wanted. The guy in charge of toppings gave the tiniest portions. The toppings were low in stock and they wouldn't make more I ended up with all tomato ends. They only had white or wheat for bread options and no extras available either. For an almost $12 BASIC turkey sandwhich on white bread you should at least get a decent sized sandwhich not a thin crunchy dry excuse for a sandwhich
